Can’t recommend these guys any more. The boat wasn’t just a basic rental boat, the stereo was TOP of the line, made the day 11/10. The boat was more than powerful enough to still top 30kts with a full tank and 7 people onboard, over 40kts with just two onboard! Akis the owner bent over backwards to make the charter easy and helped at every step to make it one of the best days on the water I have had. Delivery and drop off was so easy. Not much more to say apart from we WILL be using them again.

Highly recommend Southampton rib charter for a lovely day out. My partner got his RYA PBL2 so we could explore the solent, seeing as its right on our doorstep. Really easy to book, and on the day just turn up and away you go. We had great weather, boat is really smooth and comfortable, even with some big waves. We went from Port Solent to the Needles and then to Cowes for lunch. All really easy and a really really great way to spend a day out. Akis and the team are really nice and make the process of hiring a rib for the day a simple & stress free experience. Look forward to our next day out on the water! Highly recommended :)

Fantastic day out on the water in the Solent. Bareboat hire with Southampton Rib Charter was the ultimate way to spend a sunny day! Great organisation and booking process, having had to postpone twice due to bad weather, the option to amend dates was extremely flexible and really helpful. Arrived at pick up location and within 10 minutes we were onboard and away. The Ribeye is a smooth Rib and really easy to handle. Plenty of space onboard and ideal for 2 or up to 11 people onboard. We spent the day in the Solent with a brief stop in Cowes for some lunch before heading back out into the Solent for some fun! Returning the Rib again was nice and easy and within 10 minutes of being back on the pontoon we were back in the car heading home. Couldn't recommend Southampton Rib Charter enough, great day and we will be booking again for sure! Top tip....if its sunny wear a hat! Cheers Akis & the team!

Portsmouth RIB Charter took us to The Hut as part of our away day. We had so much fun from the time we arrived. Akis and Ramos were professional and a lot of fun. With only the RYA PB 1 & 2 course experience I wanted much more boat handling time and a tour of the Solent and harbours with someone with local knowledge. I asked for a rib day with an instructor along. What a great day out. Port Solent to Bembridge to Cowes to Yarmouth for lunch break. Next to the Needles then Lymington, Lee on Solent to practice anchoring then back to Port Solent. Throughout the day I also did lots of practice at mooring and turning in tight spaces in varying wind and tide conditions with loads of useful tips and information from Pete the Instructor. Thank you Akis and Pete for a great experience. I am now confident to book a bare rib day and take friends and family.

Very impressed with the charter on all accounts, had a big boat comfortably accommodated 7 people could have happily taken more.. The boat was delivered to us in our Southampton marina and collected at the end of the day- it came in excellent condition fully equipped and Akis gave a thorough briefing in the boats operation and emergency equipment..
