Great car, good service but the only downside was that the satnav in the car took us down a bus lane. My partners credit card was on the system and Thrifty charged an administrative fee, but without any warning or at least telling us that it was going to happen. We had no idea until WE had to ask about it which I view as quite poor customer service - we would have happily paid it, and have since paid the penalty in full. However, it would have been nice for someone in the team to tell us it was happening rather than charging us and having us have to contact them.

Good prices, and good service. I don't give it 5 stars, because I contracted the option of them coming to pick me up at the cruise terminal and once there I spoke on the phone with them, and they recommended that I take a taxi to the house. rent. And I had no choice.

Very nice staff always kind, they take very good care of good customers. I got a couple of nice upgrades, they did not have the cheap car I asked for so they did not hesitate in giving me a BMW, Mercedes and Golf GTI. Great customer service. Once they spotted a scratch in the front bumper. I did not make it, probably somebody parking but I was totally fine paying for it. The manager finally said it was fine, no problem. That was very cool. Not a single complain. I will rent with them even if there are cheaper options.

Fast, efficient processing of my online car rental reservation at Floating Bridge Road Southampton - was on the road in very acceptable time. Especially as two Cunard ships had just docked. Great work Christopher and DC and love the MB A180.

Through my own fault entirely, I left my diary in the hire car which was brought to me by Thrifty, Salisbury and collected from Winchester by Thrifty, Southampton. I phoned at lunchtime the following day, they found it in the car and it was in my mailbox when I got back home at 4pm the same day. Service with a capital S! Thank you Team.

Today I have to return my car :( I'm assuming the return experience will be as good as the first. The guys who served me on Tuesday 29th August (2pm) were absolutely wonderful! They did a great job and gave me clear and concise service. It wasn't a 2 minute job and they showed me around their facility to make sure I had a vehicle that was right for me. Could not have done more! 11/10 thank you! I will not be hiring a vehicle from anywhere else in future! Richard
