Had to make arrangements to return a car hired in Bristol to the Stoke branch. I had been concerned that this may prove to be a bit of a hassle but I couldn't have been more wrong. From the outset, the Leek Rd staff were extremely helpful and efficient - the car was collected promptly from my home and within a couple of hours the Bristol branch had contacted me to discuss a refund of the deposit. Would highly recommend Enterprise - thanks guys...

Incredibly helpful staff who offer a great service. I was over in Alton on a short break when the gearbox on my car died. Having a young family, this caused no end of problems, not least how were were going to get to and from Alton Towers and back home a couple of days later. Luckily, I was with the AA who arranged for my car to be towed back and a rental car from Enterprise at Stoke. The team picked me up from where I was staying 15 miles away and took me to pick up the temporary car. They were working out of hours and could not have been nicer. They made the whole process easy and convenient. They are very thorough and make sure everything is followed up with calls and great communication. What an outstanding team of people Enterprise have in Stoke! Huge thanks to them for going above and beyond. A real credit to the company.

I had a hire car from Enterprise London Road Stoke. The service was excellent, Alex picked me up from home and drove me to Enterprise. I had what I can only describe as a melt down regarding driving a hire car !! Alex who had picked me up and Alex the manager were very patient with me and after about 20 minutes they suggested that Alex drive me back home in the hire car and leave it with me to get used to it. This worked perfectly and I loved the hire car ! I would recommend Enterprise Stoke and would give 10 stars if I could !!

Brilliant friendly, professional staff. Good selection of vehicle's, they also do van hire. I hired a car whilst mine was in the garage being fixed. Not one of the cheapest places but considering I only hired it on the Saturday and picked it up on the Monday morning I thought that was brilliant. The Nissan Qashqai I had was lovely and clean and very reliable. Will definitely use them again if I need a car or van to hire.

The hire of the van wasn't too bad. Sure it was a little expensive compared to other options in the area but on the whole it was okay. The van was clean and tidy and the person that served us was very attentive and helpful. The only issue for us was that we hired a transit van and were given a Luton which meant we couldn't do everything we intended due to height restrictions. Not a major issue but a small inconvenience. I would suggest enterprise only offer vans they actually have available in the future as it can be an issue for people if they get something larger than they asked for. On the whole though, would use again if I needed to.

So I got a puncture just before I got home. I called the main number and just got palmed off by getting told to fit the spare then go to Quick Fit. After emptying the boot of all my work gear to find there was no spare. I then called the Stoke Depot who were extremely helpful and arranged for a fitter to come out and replace the punctured tyre. Very good service from the team and a big thank you to the gentleman who put on my new tyre. Very professional service, just need sort the windscreen wipers out now. 😉 thank you.

Recently had to make use of a courtesy car due to car being repaired. I cannot fault Enterprise one bit. From ending the call with my insurance company Enterprise made contact with me and organised a car right away. I was met a the garage when dropped off car for repairs and was met by a very helpful, I informative and reassuring representative from Enterprise. Made the whole process streamline and answering all my questions. I couldn't ask for a better service
