The Bay Apartments is very good, especially Kate , who was wonderful, but the apartment's furniture was worn out and has some damage, which made me report it to the office. So, that they don't think I'm the one who caused this damage. Also, the deposit value is very high for a tourist compared to other offices that take 150 pounds.

Supurb apartment with stunning views.Shops and resturants across the road.Stayed 2 weeks and never left the County of Swansea there was so much to do. The apartment was very clean and having an allocated parking space rounded off a great 2 weeks holiday. Will come again when in Swansea.

I recently stayed in a holiday cottage with Bay and had a really good experience with a very comfortable and affordable stay. This was at short notice after our holiday to France was cancelled. Prior to this, we have had very good experiences with both short and long stays via Bay. They are now my go to agency should I ever wish to rent a holiday home in Swansea. I have again had the pleasure of staying in an apartment at Swansea Marina via Bay. Once more, we had a wonderful stay and everything during the process was smooth and professional. I will certainly continue to use Bay when returning to Swansea for short breaks. Highly recommended!

A lovely flat with a stunning view. Great access to the beach, marina and local transport. I love the walk along the promenade to Oystermouth. Some may find the two flights of stairs too much but it was fine for us. Parking was a bit of a squeeze on a couple of occasions as I have a long car and the way other residents had parked meant it was impossible to manoeuvre my car into the allocated parking space. Luckily I was able to park in the visitor’s bay. Kate was a real help and very prompt in responding to queries. I would definitely book again.

3rd time staying with Bay Apartments and our best stay yet . We stayed at 71 Meriden Bay which is an outstanding apartment with everything you could possibly need for your stay , facing the beach it has brilliant views of Swansea Bay from its 3rd floor location (there is a lift ) Bay Apartments are a very professional company with excellent communication especially from Kate . We've never had any problems with them or their apartments .

We had a fabulous stay at Fishermans Way, helped along by the glorious weather! The apartment was clean, spacious and well equiped for our 5 night stay. Service from Kate at Bay Apartments was first class all the way! We will be definitely make a return visit.

Lovely stay at Bay Apartments (82). Apartment was well equipped, meeting all our needs, and clean. There was some confusion at the start as we were not aware that we needed to pick up the keys at the office which meant two wasted trips in rush hour traffic. That may have been our fault for not spotting this in the instructions, but it may be useful to include in the body of any main email confirmation. Shower was not great (not very powerful), and water sometimes not hot of an evening. This said, these were very small points and did not affect the pleasure of our stay. Many thanks.

71 Meridian Bay apartments - this is a charming, one bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor, boasting stunning views of the beach and, of course, amazing sunsets and sunrises. The flat is well appointed, very clean and warm, extremely comfortable and, I would imagine, a great place for a summer break for a couple. With the beach directly below, and the town centre a matter of minutes away, this is a perfectly sited apartment. As ever, the attention to detail from Bay Estates was exemplary, from the ease of booking to the welcome pack in the apartment. A very pleasant stay.

Flat clean and very comfortable. Lovely views, restaurants and food shops close by but not as close as the beach which was right outside the flat. Had a small problem which was quickly resolved by Kate D'Arcy who was very efficient, empathetic and a credit to the company. Would recommend.

Such a wonderful accommodation. I was there for a week during some particularly nice weather in Swansea and the location was absolutely perfect. Check in was pretty simple, even though I arrived after hours on a Sunday and once I got the hang of the right parking space, that was very convenient too. The flat was large and spacious and a comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and relaxing living area. The balcony was great to sit out on and look at the beach and see. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a brilliant stay in Gardener's cottage. The property was in excellent condition when we arrived, and a true representation of the listing. All communication with Bay Apartments was clear and prompt, and overall excellent value for money. We will be returning for another visit before long!

The apartment was quick and easy to book with Bay Apartments who were very helpful and gave us all the information we could need. The apartment is in a very good location in the marina. It is almost on the beach yet still close to town and has a lovely view across the bay to Mumbles. It was fine for our holiday visit; the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The parking space was a big advantage.

The arrival arrangements worked well, we were given a code to operate a key box on the outside of the office (we arrived at 7pm). We found the parking and apartment very easily following instruction provided by Bay Apartments. The apartment was huge with a lovely view of the sea. If I have one complaint it is the apartment is a bit tired with some broken blinds. There are also plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. If we stay in the area again we will definitely use Bay Apartments, thanks for all your help Kate D'Arcy

Lovely view of Langland Bay from this apartment. Bay Apartments were very helpful throughout and the apartment was clean and welcoming. The beds were very comfy. I would recommend and be happy to come back.

The Fisherman's Way apartment was super; it had everything needed for a very comfortable stay, and we very much enjoyed the position (on the bay and also convenient for crossing quickly to the Waterfront museum side of the marina, where we hired bikes). The radiators were slightly erratic, but there was a storage heater for the blusterier days, and the maintenance technician came and fixed a window that was letting air in as soon as we let the agency know about it, so great customer attention. Personally, my only gripe would be that the design of the beds is such that the wooden frame round the mattress has sharp corners and I have the bruises on my shins to show for it :-S. Otherwise, everthing was great, especially the rainge of pots and pans in the kitchen.
