Brilliant service! Rang them up at 17:08 on a Weds evening, never spoken to them before, had a machine on site next morning before 10:00! Very impressive. Compared to other hire companies who said we'll have to open an account for you and that takes time, etc, etc.

Called up in a panic due to needing fuel for an air compressor and no way of transporting it to a station. By 1100 hrs the same day, I had 105 ltr of diesel dropped right next to the kit. Amazing service and just really nice people! Would definitely recommend to anyone in need.

I needed a scissor lift and was delighted when a kindly gentleman at Tiger Plant offered one exactly to the spec that I required, the day I needed it and at a great price. The machine was in great condition, and even one of my very anxious colleagues was able to safely work at height as required. We hired a couple of diggers, roller, dumper and drill to do our drive. The guys were so helpful especially Andy. We had a panic on the roller but they sorted us one no problem which was greatly appreciated. We shall be using them again really soon to sort the next part of the drive and the garden. I needed a Wacker plate at very short notice Sophie was very efficient in helping me and along with the tiger team sorted me out and being a novice ran through how it worked sorted a good price. From start to finish Tiger Plant were great at working with us and even moving our telehandler from site to site as required working with us on our strict timings. I cannot say enough about Tiger Plant. They are simply brilliant! Having been let down at the last minute on two separate occasions by two well known, national hire companies, I turned slightly sceptically to Tiger Plant to get micro digger for some work in my garden; I should never have doubted them. From initial contact, through to collection, they have been excellent and every member of staff I have met or chatted with has been friendly, professional and extremely efficient. Becky, the Operations Manager has been so helpful, making the transaction simple and extending the hire without quibble when I realised I had bitten off more than I could chew! And the guy who delivered and collected the digger (sorry, I never did get your name!) was equally professional and gave me a good explanation of the digger. I will never be fooled into thinking that the big national names are a safe bet; Tiger Plant smashed them out of the park and at a very reasonable rate as well. Give them a go - if they can do it, they will!

Excellent service from TigerPlant! Office staff were friendly and very attentive to our request, we only did 3 days notice but this was no problem for them to get us a fork truck. We arranged arrival time of 8am but on route they got a puncture and mechanical fault so meant hey didn't arrive till 10-11am. TigerPlant had no issues with waiting even though we had only booked them for a few hours, the driver was also very polite can not fault! also very competitive on costings. Tiger Plant have saved my day today! After a delivery of 3 bulk bags of gravel being left near the road by another company, I called Tiger Plant and spoke to Becky who has been a saviour. They had no space today but she had a Telehandler returning, so got the driver to stop by mine on the way back to base and move the bulk bags into the garden for me. Not only has this saved our backs but its saved us alot of time which is valuable to us as keyworkers. Couldn't recommend them enough! They went above and beyond, whilst being busy themselves.
