I hired a car from 18/7/22 for 10 days. I booked my hire car with TSP in Swindon. I was on holiday from Australia and had booked the car online from home. The booking process was easy to navigate and the staff at TSP responded to my Emails promptly and professionally. On arrival in Swindon I collected my car a 22 Suzuki Swift. The car was spotlessly clean and full of fuel and ready to go. I felt safe and happy with my choice. On returning I needed to extend my hire time, a phone call to the office was all It took. I checked the car back effortlessly. For professionalism, value and honesty TSP get my 5 star rating. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Simply the best, don't look anywhere else. On price, no-one gets close. They couldn't be more accommodating and flexible, allowed us to pick up early the night before first days hire and drop off early morning the day after higher; very useful if have early start and long home drive; all at no extra cost. No sillies on vehicle condition, they honestly pointed out any prior damage to car, checked over on return with no fear of underhanded charges. Can't recommend enough, save time and effort go straight to TSP and cut out time wasted on other quotes. Amazing service, friendly, personable. Would give 6 stars if could.

TSP Kar Hire is a local car rental company in Swindon that helps ease my family settlement burden in terms of the deposit wavied to me as a foreign customer with no credit card, provision of a relatively new car at really cost-effective car rental for one month leasing, leasing procedures simplified with my international driving license acceptable and finally a courtesy ride back to the nearby train station on day of car return. Most importantly, the car leasing manager, Adam, who worked in the company for 16 years is extremely friendly and helpful that I believe he is an valuable asset in the company and in any other companies - this is rare in the UK and even in Asia nowadays. After an initial van rental for a house move from London to Swindon, we had an unfortunate flat on the M4, after just leaving Swindon. We called the RAC using the number in the van and the engineer arrived within 30 minutes. He changed the flat for the spare and we had it fully inflated at the Reading Services. Because the spare was not in an ideal condition, we had to spend a couple of hours waiting at a garage in Bracknell for the spare and the flat to be renewed. On our return to TSP, I explained the situation and that we were a little unhappy that we needed to spend so long at the garage when we should have just had the spare installed and continued on our way. Adam was very understanding and couldn't apologise enough, and after speaking with his manager, he offered a refund of all the money spent on both the flat and the spare and also threw in a days free van rental for the trouble we had on our initial rental. Great customer service, and will definitely use TSP again because of the way they dealt with our issues. Thanks Adam and the Team! :)
