I dealt with Chell and Ophelia on my lease and they were both great. In the first instance Chell dealt with my enquiry and found me a great deal on an Audi A4 that was both within my budget and and available within the time constraints I had. Before I signed the paperwork I saw some of the negative reviews and started to have second thoughts about moving forward with the lease. I voiced my concerns to Chell and she talked me through some of the issues other clients had experienced and said they were out of their hands and down to Manufacturer component issues. I decided to go ahead with some trepidation but I need not have worried. Ophelia dealt with all the paperwork in the short time we had to complete and I was given a date for delivery. This date was met and I had a brand new car delivered to my door free of charge. I couldn't be happier Thank You!

There was an error in an advertised price that unfortunately let to confusion. The team at Applied leasing worked hard to obtain a deal my wife was happy with. We also had an issue with the car that Mercedes’ where not interested in but great advice from them got everything moving in the right direction and the problem resolved. Cannot recommend them enough
