The car was exactly what I reserved, which is unusual and a pleasant surprise. The Europcar staff person in Truro was very helpful in orienting me to the car. My only complaint is the high cost of renting a car, which thanks to hyperinflation is an industry-wide issue. If I rent a car again during this current tour of Britain, I will likely choose Europcar.

Guys in Truro branch were excellent !!!! Europcar contact system is appalling though. You can only get hold of someone in their call centre after hours on hold. Only needed simple things which the branch would have been able to sort instantly if you could call direct. Collection by Peterborough branch is always corrupt. Second time they have now overcharged me for fuel despite the car being left full to the brim.

Great Service from Jack, Aiden & the team... I've rented from Europcar Truro quite a few times recently & have always been dealt with by very friendly & efficient staff. More recently, I booked another rental with them via the internet & Jack recognised my name on the booking, he gave me a call & arranged to deliver the car to me which helped me out no end...! I had hired a car in Bristol to come down to Cornwall and while there i hurt my left leg so that using a clutch was impossible. I spoke with the chap (Ian i believe) at the Truro branch and explained the situation. He had organised an automatic to replace my manual within 24 hours, and then when i was trying to figure out how to get the manual from St Mawes to Truro he very kindly organised for one of the team to come and swop the cars over saving me a journey and ensuring I had a pain free and safe journey home. I can't thank the Truro team enough - they saved the day.
