Brilliant service from start to finish from all the team. Hired a 7.5T vehicle for a house move and they made sure I received the best deal possible for the duration I needed it for. Great communication before I hired the vehicle. Highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would like to say I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else for vehicles!! I came all the way up from South London to get a vehicle from this company! Chris skills are brilliant at dealing with everything and customer service at it’s best. Even commited out of hours with communication with myself and had sorted everything out for me promptly for a brand new vehicle 👍🏻 I wouldn’t go anywhere else in future and look forward for more business with Central. After dealing with other companies, no matter how big or small in the past, I can honestly say they need to look up to these guys! They will look after you 👍🏻

Good company. Hired a Fiesta for the weekend on the weekend deal, was given a Kia Ceed as that’s what was available. Price was competitive and they were very accommodating in letting us return on a bank holiday, which was much appreciated. I would use them again given my good experience. Just to note, we didn’t get any hidden charges but they charge 10p per mile over 300 miles, which I wasn’t aware of ahead of picking up the car (didn’t see it mentioned in any of the emails or info we were sent). I may have missed it, and in any case it seems reasonable for a weekend deal, but wanted to flag for awareness.

Wow. Just had 2 Peugeot Partner 2019 vans delivered to Worcester. Exceptional quality. Service is great. The delivery drivers are superb, polite, thoughtful and even apologetic with the outside of the vans being dirty (only due to the 2 hour journey to deliver the vehicle). Having used a bigger firm before, Central Self Drive blow them out of the water. Don't hesitate to use this company exceptional - Thankyou

Highly recommended, especially compared to the larger companies. Rented a Fiesta for the weekend for a great price. Highly professional, but very friendly and flexible staff. If other reviews are complaining about this place, the fault is likely to lie with the customer, not the company in my opinion.

Brilliant service! They staff were fantastic, very friendly & easy to deal with, Price of the vehicle was the best in the area bar non! And brilliant to drive, we hired the big lotus van for our move, and with never driving a large vehicle before, i was slighlty aprehensive.. but turned out to be very very easy, new modern vehicle, with so much space! 10/10 service when hiring a van, manager Andy was extremely helpful in selecting the size and allocated time I needed making the price cheap as possible, Ian the assistant was also very helpful and friendly, van was a brand new Mercedes Sprinter with less than 1000 miles but you would of said it was brand new, immaculate inside and out, highly recommend this company best van hire I have ever used and DEFINATLEY will be back Thanks guys!!!!!!!

Absolute god send, my car broke down I phoned up spoke to Anna and she was amazing got me a car sorted within the hour, I had never driven the Mercedes they gave me and the drivers in the yard explained it to me it is actually a lot easier than I thought, the price was a lot cheaper than I was expecting aswell, I would be stuck if it wasn’t for this place, all the staff are amazing and the process to book the car was so easy, with how stressed I was they made everything simple and straight forward, will definitely be using them again if I could give 10 stars I would
