A brilliant week, this was our fourth attempt to get away in the motorhome due to covid restrictions, having originally booked in 2019 to go in 2020! Hazel was very accommodating and happy to move the booking for us, answering a multitude of questions we had as this was our first motorhome hire. We had the Autotrail F74 with only a few miles on the clock. It was very easy to drive, cosy, spotless and welcoming. Well stocked with everything needed for the week. Before we left Hazel did a thorough handover going through all the features and our pup was given a doggy bag of treats and blankets which were put to good use. Any help needed was available 24/7 and we were never made to feel like we were inconveniencing Hazel and Gordon. On site, hooking up to electric and using facilities was very easy and we soon got into the swing of things. We would not hesitate to recommend Ugo and are already considering a second trip. We have just returned home after a week in UGo's Expedition 66 campervan. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend hiring from UGo. Five stars from start to finish. Their website is very easy to navigate to view the different motorhomes/campervans they have and you can see the availability of all the vehicles on one page - which is great if you are flexible on dates and don't want to keep entering start/finish dates on a booking page (this drives me mad on some other holiday booking sites!). Hazel is just fantastic - a wealth of information on all things motorhome. The handover process was very comprehensive and professional. The vehicle was immaculate - we felt as though we were the first people to have used it. Everything we needed was right there - nothing missing, they have thought of everything. Even a couple of snuggly blankets and a little bag of treats for the four-legged member of our party! Safe in the comfort that we could contact Hazel at any time if we had any queries or problems - we set off into the sunset and had an amazing few days touring Linconshire/Yorkshire. We have used bigger hire companies in the past - but now that we have found UGo, I won't go near the bigger companies again! The UGo service is second to none. Just book with them - you won't regret it!

We hired the Expedition 66 from UGo motorhomes and completed the NC500. From initial enquiry to collection and return everything was perfect. Hazel and Gordon have always been polite and professional, very accommodating and really helpful, nothing is to much trouble. The canpervan was spotlessly clean when we collected and we were given a really good overview, everything you need for an adventure trip and more is included. I cannot recommend this company enough. This was our first motorhome holiday and it definitely won't be our last! We returned home just over a week ago and are already on to planning our next adventure with UGo. Nothing was too much trouble for Hazel, she replied to our queries during the booking stage within minutes, thoroughly talked us through the handover, and was only a call away to answer any questions when we were away. The motorhome was immaculate and the doggy goodie bag went down a treat with the little man! I can't recommend this company enough, absolutely fantastic!

Absolutely fantastic, would highly recommend. We hired the 155 26/4 for 4 nights , 2 adults and Buddy the cockapoo. Booking is simple and easy on line but any questions ring and ask. Hazel & Gordon are absolutely brilliant, no question too daft. You can scan your documents and provide info ahead of time so that on the day of pick up its all about the motorhome. Having never hired before , the walk through was really good. Takes about an hour from arrive to drive away. We decided to load up after pick up but there is room to load up from the site. Very clean and you would think it was brand new. Good to drive and does well for fuel. WiFi was fantastic to have. Bed is double and comfy with storage. Camping chairs and table good and would recommend you take wind breakers. Washroom was compact and has storage. Tip listen to what Hazel says about the wash capsules. Good pressure for washing in the sinks. Oven great size , gas and cooks well. Living area comfy and there is a wardrobe so you can hang clothes. There are overhead locker cupboards , it is like a tardis. More than enough room for 2 adults and a pooch. We went to delamere camping site night 1 as it was close to where we live and so a short journey before heading to Barmouth. If you haven't hired before recommend a caravan and camping site, they are so friendly to newbies. Definitely booking again this year. Cannot praise highly enough. Thank you so much and the Guinness was a nice surprise as the trip was for my 50th.

Amazing company, from the initial telephone conversation about my hire requirements right through to the end of the hire, Hazel and Gordon were exceptional and very friendly. They were always avaliable should you have any issues and nothing was to much trouble. Everything was also very professional but friendly like your a member of the family too. We hired their Autotrail Expedition 66 campervan for our 9 day trip around the NC500. We had looked around and compared prices beforehand. UGo was priced competitively. A small team and independent, the customer service was excellent. The vehicle was perfect for our trip particularly when travelling the West Coast of Scotland (narrow tracks with passing points). Great opportunity to "try before buying" one of these. They have a great selection of motorhomes all well cared for. We will definitely be looking to book with UGo again in the future and would recommend them.

Hired the 155 in September 2021 for a trip to Scotland. 'Hetty' is amazing, she drives well, oven, hob etc really good, she's easy to maintain and gives any carvan park an air of elegance!!! Slept like a log!!! Only thing to note is the shower is small, but site facilities meant we didn't use the shower. Hazel and team are amazing. As 1st timers to a motorhome, nothing was too much trouble, and no question too silly etc. Friendly professional service which I can highly recommend. Hazel us always happy to help, and if things do hit a 'bump in the wingmirror' it's handled in a calm and professional manner. I was so upset and Hazel was very reassuring, couldn't ask for more. The homes are well looked after and go out like new for each client. I will be using them again without a doubt. 5 star service.

This was the first time using UGO. And I have used 3 other providers in the past but by far was the best! Although not local to me and travelled 30 miles for collection, it was definately worth it! From Start to finish the process was brilliant. 5 star for customer service. The Van was spotless. They really take pride in their vans and ensure the customer collects in spectacular condition. Contacted these guys the day before we wanted to go to Ireland. They were so accommodating even though they were off to the Channel Islands for a funeral themselves. The motorhome was virtually brand new, spotlessly clean. I noted in the small print of the optional waiver insurance that it has to be taken out before you hire the vehicle otherwise it's invalid & make sure you tick worldwide cover regardless of where your going for it to apply (costs approx £75).
