I was searching for a reasonably priced local van and minibus hire company. As a youth worker, affordability is important. But Practical Woking delivered excellent customer service too. I asked A LOT of questions via email before the rental dates and Kate was always speedy in response. Pick up was nice and easy. They have a system where you send all your driver details and ID in advance so that you don't wait too long when picking up vehicles. We hired a minibus and Luton van and they were both in excellent condition and did exactly what we needed them to do. Drop off was super easy too. I would definitely recommend Practical if you need a vehicle.
