A very good car/van hire place. Would highly recommend to anyone. Jon the manager personally picked up a van for me to make sure I had it the next day. Good prices and unlimited miles. Very professional and easy branch to work with.

Got sent here as Enterprise were sorting the repairs to my car. Had an absolute nightmare with the head office messing me about, claiming my car was booked in body shop, and hire car available, whereas in reality, nothing was sorted. Gave up and phoned the local branch, spoke with "Will" on a Saturday morning. He said the dept he needed wasn't open until Monday and he would get on the case, and to call back. Rang back Monday, spike with Jon as Will was busy. Between the two of them, they had my car in the bodyshop that day and another vehicle sorted for me. Can't thank these 2 guys enough. 5* service from the 2 of them Thanks Will & Jon

Excellent service yet again, was having trouble booking online, playing about with different time slots . Gave up and rang them instead, not only did the lovely lady on the phone book the slots I wanted,but she also came in £10 cheaper than the prices I saw online. Went to pick the car up and found out they had given me a free upgrade , which also turned out to be a brand new car with only 40 miles on the clock 😀 Staff were amazing, couldn't fault the service at all, will definitely be using Enterprise Wrexham again .

Although there was an issue with the time of collection with the van, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The branch manager went above and beyond my expectations in helping me to adjust my schedule with the van. There is nothing to fault with this branch as they really are professional and courteous at all times. I've hired a number of vans from this location and I can honestly recommend them and would certainly use them in the future.

My second time hiring a van from Enterprise to move house. Efficient booking in and booking out. No issues, no hard sell of extra insurance. Van was great, practically new. Will use again (but hoping not to have to move house anytime soon!)

Great customer service at Enterprise here, Kyle Daly makes sure requests are taken care of within his control and does ensure the best customer care before and after is attained. No problems with this branch and have hired 4 cars from Wrexham Enterprise, 1 from Vancouver and their knowledgeable staff are always at hand to answer any queries. Great team there, will be back!

What an amazing experience. We needed a van to move home, we arrived to pick up the van and received a card congratulating us on our home. The set up process was very fast, professional and efficient by a your girl with blonde hair. We returned the Van this morning to Josh who was extremely welcoming and professional. I was provided a courtesy car by the AA through Enterprise. They made the process very easy and hassle free, and the vehicle was excellent.

We hired two vans in two weeks, both really clean inside and out and the staff were polite and explained everything well. And the online booking system is very easy to use.

Absolutely fantastic service. We've rented a few times from Enterprise Wrexham over the past six years, and always found them to be excellent. Recently we were back in the area (we live on a narrowboat and rent from many different Enterprise locations around the country), and the friendly team picked me up from my daughter's house in Malpas for a long-weekend rental, and returned me to our boat in Tattenhall. Everything went smoothly. I realised I'd left my scarf in the back seat after being dropped off. It's something I've had for 11 years now, and has sentimental value. One of the team very kindly dropped it off at my daughter's house within 48 hours of my call. Amazing. Thank you all so much.

The staff at the Wrexham branch are consistently outstanding in their customer service. I made the error of booking elsewhere recently, tempted by an offer, but the gulf in service levels was incredible. They are excellent and should be commended for attention to detail.
