Very easy hiring process with excellent customer support between online booking and pickup. The van was clean, easy to drive, and not bad for fuel consumption. A very positive experience. I would recommend this for van hire based on my experience.

A superbly slick experience from start to finish. Extremely easy to book a Luton and Long Wheelbase Sprinter over the phone for our house move. Simple pick up and drop off process (even on Bank Holiday Monday when other places were closed). Vans were in great condition and were perfect for our needs. Will, Cameron and Peter were all friendly and helpful. We will definitely use again and would recommend.

Hired a van for four hours and Jasmine was great and efficient van was new and clean perfect and friendly staff . However the shuttle pick up offered both ways from York station with me waiting 45 mins for a pick up and 30 to be returned to the station did take the edge off . Such nice staff, super quick process — perfect. Shuttle bus from York train station is a game changer in the pouring rain. They allowed our dog no questions asked and gave us a free upgrade to a brand new car. Amazing way to start our holiday, huge recommend. Big up Arnold Clark York.

Used the York branch when on holiday and own car broke down. They were the company who had a car available the quickest and at the cheapest price. They gave us a better car than expected which was brand new off the forecourt, picked us up from the station and even gave us the names of several local garages to get our own car fixed. The staff were really friendly and professional throughout. Could not have asked for better service

Rang the day before with confirmation details. On the day the lovely lady was so kind at explaining when I hadn’t driven an automatic before and I had an anxiety attack (so sorry haha!). On drop off I was in a rush to get the train back and petrol pumps had electrical fault so they filled it up and rung me back to take payment. Car was immaculate. All staff very polite thank you :)
