I was this morning ... Pay 30 pound for outside and inside ... But i am not so happy some places no even touch ...back window no washed ... Inside is well some dirty places ... They no throw enouth foam on car ... Maybe was steel sliping because i was 1 in the morning

Normally my go-to, but must admit I'm a bit disappointed after my visit today. Usually the staff ask what type of wash you'd like and I get the £6 wash&go. Today nobody attempted to ask and just started spraying before I could specify. They defaulted to the £10 one which wasn't what I went for and felt a bit cheeky. I wouldn't mind so much but there were a few missed spots and mucky fingerprints all over the car so don't feel like I got my money's worth either. Gloves would be a good improvement. Shame, hopefully just a one-off or I might have to try out some other places.

Frequently pop in here to get the car washed/chamoised...they do the car wash faster than an automated one! This weekend, had a full valet - £30. Amazing value and the car was spotless. All the guys are super friendly and hard-working. Been to many valeting services and this is hands-down, the best. It's also handy for Porty beach, plenty of cafes and a lovely walk

My car was filthy, living in a top floor flat on a tight street makes it hard to clean and it had been left far too long. I finally decided to get it washed and headed to the good people at Bumble Bee on account of the great reviews. Upon arriving they took one look at the car and let me know it might take a bit longer than the 45 minute full valet I had booked. Luckily Portobello Beach is a wee walk away so we went for a nice walk along the seaside whilst they did their work. We came back just in time to a car I almost didn't recognise, they did an absolutely fantastic job inside and out. I would certainly recommend these guys, excellent service for a great price.

A really good option for a low cost but thorough hand car wash. Friendly staff. Small and medium cars get a full wash for £6, slightly more for larger cars. It does use a lot of water, so probably not the most environmentally friendly business.

Today was my first visit, my car was an absolute mess before coming here. I was greeted by a smiley, friendly and helpful team. I chose the full valet for £25 which is excellent value for the service I recieved and the results are phenomenal. My car looks brand new. I am beyond impressed. Congratulations on your fantastic team and their hard graft, they are a great bunch of lads and I will continue to return and recommend you guys. Their plan for £12 per month allowing 2 washes per day cannot be compared with anything else. I am commuting 106 miles per day and that has helped me massively to keep the car clean at all times. The guys are very careful throughout pre-wash and washing progress. Highly recommended.

Took my very dirty car here for a wash today and could not believe how clean it is now. The guys work very hard and did a fantastic first class job. My car had been parked near some trees and was covered in tree sap and they managed to remove all trace of this. This is the best car wash I have been to. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Good car wash, only gave 4 stars as they did not clean the wheels on my car this time need to update my review despite my wheels being left dirty st my last visit, I took my car back there to day for their "all in" wash at a posted cost of £8, on going to pay, once the job is done, I was told it was £9! And to make matters worse, the wheels hadn't been cleaned again!! Hence my score being reduced to 3 stars

First time here this morning and I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending to anyone who will listen! My car looks like new after the mini valet. Even the roof, which was covered in years of tree sap, is spotless despite another valet company saying there was nothing that could be done to remove it. The manager and team were friendly and professional and the prices very reasonable. Also, there’s a warm comfortable space to sit and wait, with a free drinks machine, all very civilised.

Had my car washed here, they did a very average job. Asked to have the inside cleaned but was told it was too busy today. Staff were pleasant otherwise, took less than 10 minutes, but the car isn't really clean. Windshield was streaky, bumper was practically ignored and the doors and roof still have dirt on them. Nice team, very hard-working, quick, thorough job, perhaps seems a little expensive but well worth the money. If you would like a full valet you will need to leave the car with them for a couple of hours but Portobello promenade for a walk is only 10-minutes away. We have used the premises for many years and will continue to do so

There are plenty of places closer to me but I go to Bumble Bee because they are an ethical business, with legal wastewater disposal, the living wage, and against modern slavery. The staff always do a top notch job. It sometimes takes a little longer than advertised on the app but it's good to see they are popular and busy, and are benefitting from their business model of not exploiting people or the environment :-)

Got a full valet. Done a nice job of the majority of the vehicle, however found the side of the centre console was missed after driving away. Price seems to vary. At first i thought this was related to how dirty the car was, however this was the worst my car has ever been, with layers of black dust from a recent house renovation, yet i'm sure it was less expensive than last time when i got a generic clean. Depends on the attendant that inspects the car i believe. Would be easier to have fixed prices listed with additional £5 penalties for excessive filth, like a footwell full of a weeks worth of coffee cups.

Can't fault how clean the car and alloys are after paying for 'the works' but prices are increasing for the same car. The only issue is when they miss out the final liquid wax treatment and then argue with you that it was carried out, by a guy who wasn't even anywhere near the car at any time. A wax treatment will leave the car with water beading off the surface immediately it is applied, no such effect occured. A bit of a piss take to be honest, get a grip guys and don't argue with a customer.

For years I have been using the "wash and go" car parks and yet to meet one as good as this. I took my car for a wash and vac, the vacuuming was done indoors under a sheltered roof, I asked the manager if anything he had to remove small little water or sap spots stuck to my rear window. I've tried removing the little spots myself and quickly realised it's not something I can do. After trying several products to determine the best course of treatment and a lot of elbow grease and time my window is now spotless. While the rear window was being cleaned I decided to upgrade to have my interior windows and dash board polished. The dashboard now looks amazing with a high gloss shiny showroom finish. The manager at bumble bee also took time out and demonstrated on a small area of my car the benefits of buffing, initially it sounds quite expensive at £120, considering they spend 4-5 hrs buffing the car and the quality of work and finish, they sold it to me. The garage is very well equipped, the staff are very friendly and for a normal wash it is the best in Edinburgh I have been too. Highly recommended and will be using bumble bee from now on.

I joined Bumble Bee car wash club it’s great at under £12.00 a month I go about once a week but I could go every day if I wanted you can go twice a day if you like I have a white care but it’s never been that bad.
