Not 4-star because they missed the sill under the hatchback and when pointed out didn't clean in around the hinges, left a blob of wax on the door that had gone solid by the time I spotted it and the floor mats were put back in dripping wet and slippery underfoot. Had much worse in other drive through car washes, though.
I'd certainly use them again if I was in the area.
