Great experience and a thorough clean carried out. I have a soft top and it needed a good bit of TLc and I was pleased with the improvement in it's appearance. I also got some good advice on how to look after it better. It took around three hours for a full valet and soft top restoration and it was worth it as I'd never do as good a job on my own!

Great service, Val spent 5 hours (!!) on my car and it looks AMAZING. My car is pristine and he got out lots of wee scratches on the paintwork too (and even found my bank card under a seat which I thought I’d lost and was going to cancel). Cracking service from David S. Before, my car was a bit of a mess (old bits of Christmas tree from taking to the dump, sand etc) and hadn't been cleaned in well over a year. Recently bought a people carrier that was manky inside and out. Hired FCV to do a full valet and check the tire pressure, water and oil levels. Four and a bit hours later and my car looks brand new! The wee dude who did the work did an absolutely fantastic job, I can't believe it'sthe same car lol. Honestly wish that I had taken before and After pictures to show how good of a Job Euan has done to my car today. I have 3 small very messy kids and 2 large german shepherd dogs and to say that my car has been neglected the past 2 years wouldnt be an understatement. Euan dedicated himself to getting the job done just in time for me finishing work even though it took him over an hour longer than he had anticipated. Every dog hair and stain has been removed from the boot and the interior is all back to brand new all sticky sweets and crumbs, spilled juice stains etc Gone!! Also the outside of my car is gleaming. Couldn't be happier and can't recommend Euan enough.

Guy spent almost 5 hours cleaning the car inside and out and done a cracking job. When he was leaving he spotted a bit he'd missed on the windscreen and came back for the keys to sort it. Couple of bits of paintwork are damaged by birdpoo and couldn't be sorted which he pointed out. Obviously not his fault but does affect the finish I suppose.

Steven came out as a last minute appointment last Friday afternoon as with the trade in prices through the roof I decided to trade my car in for something a bit bigger, so needed mine back to showroom condition. Tee-Jay washed the exterior of the very dirty car, hoovered masses of dog hair from the rear seats and carpet of the back seats of my car. Amazing service. I needed a full interior clean and decided to treat my car to a full external clean + clay bar etc. Everything was great, they came to my house on my booked date and did everything from the drive. Had the valet marek come out to valet my brand new car, this was about 2 weeks ago (sorry I've been sick) . I wasn't actually there to greet him, as I was busy, so had my family member deal with it. He was on time and my family member watched while he went to work. I was kept informed while away of what was happening and my cousin gave nothing but great compliments of how the car was looking. Naturally, I was excited and couldn't wait to get home to see how my car was looking. When I finally got home, I wasn't disappointed. The car was shining from afar and cleaned inside and out. I'd go as far to say it looked much better than it did when I collected my brand new car from the dealership. I also got the pain protection added with the full valet, just to add some context in what I actually wanted. The car is still shining! It's safe to say I'll be back. Eve was a really nice girl and well detailed on conversations through email. Good company, well worth a try!

I was returning a lease car and was looking to have it returned to the best best condition possible . It had years of interior abuse from young children and was looking a bit sorry both inside and out . Dean arrived on time and soon set about the transformation . He took time and car and before long the exterior of the car was looking brand new . Surface scratches disappeared and the car was given a coating which made it positively gleam . Dean then set about the interior doing a shampoo of all the seats . The interior now looks the same as it did when I first received the car three years ago . Years of trapped rubbish removed . Lots of my neighbours stopped Dean as he was working to get his details as he was doing such an amazing job . He took time and consideration on the car and was very knowledgable on both cars and products. . The finishing touches of tyre shine and cleaning the engine bay returned the car to showroom condition . I have no hesitation in recommending fresh car valeting and Dean . I honestly don’t really know what they did but the car looked like a bin bag full of sawdust and dog car had exploded all over it- and it was sticky and crumby. Booked a signature valet on my 9 year old X5 which hasn't seen much love in recent years due to my illness and subsequent re-prioritising of my time. I used to be a snow foam, 2 bucket with grit guard and lambswool mitt person for my sins. But I haven't been able to wash my cars myself in that way for a few years. And my other half doesn't bother. Add in 2 dogs and you've got a very sorry looking X5. However, last friday Marek(i think his name was) came out and did an amazing job. He put in a power of work. So much so that i actually felt a little embarrassed about it!. He did far more than i expected and better than i expected. I have nothing to compare Fresh Car Valeting to but i won't be look anywhere else to do my other cars or my X5 again. Highly highly recommended. I wish i'd take a before shot of my car so i could have posted a before and after but i honestly wasn't expecting that much. Both inside and out. It's so clean that the dogs haven't been let back in yet! The car looks so good that i'll have to get the alloys refurbed and the shopping trolley marks fixed!
