Really great service from the young man. Initially I was frustrated that the line was moving so slowly but I soon noticed this was because the operator was providing each car with a thorough pre wash. Whilst paying I asked if he could ensure my wing mirrors got cleaned as I sometimes find the automated machines don’t clean them well - he they made sure to grab a sponge and wipe both of them.

Normally this is a great wash, disappointed this time. £6.50 for a lot of the car missed on the back. Don't need whistles and bells but do need it clean.

Car washed - i use IMO at least once a month and tend to find the results good for an automated car wash. This is the latest result which im pleased with. The option i tend to use is Hot Wax which cost nine pound. This gives the car some protection from the weather. Staff are good at giving the car a pre-wash before going through the car wash where you put the vehical in neutral, sit back and wait until you get through the other side. Good drive through service.

Honestly I am not one to leave reviews.... however, I picked up my car today following a full valet and Hady and team had done a fantastic job and I am super impressed. My car looked like new! A very quick service if you are just wanting a standard drive through wash. On the slight expensive side but still the best in Hereford. I have always used them for company cars and personal cars. Their upgrades to mini valet is really good.

Very good service. I took my car for a £50 valet. I was so impressed. They washed all the watermarks out of the seats and it looks like they went over the rest with a fine tooth comb! Feels like I have a new car again. Can't thank these people enough.

Usual operations are limited because of Covid restrictions, in particular the prewash. So performance not as good as normal, but price still the same. That said its a lot easier than trying to do the job yourself!

Went today to wash my car. Paid for a wash one. Cost £4.50 Could of been a littli cheaper as there was slight bits the machine missed (front grill rear licance plate. In there defence it is a white car that's not been washed all winter. Besides that the car did look cleaner and if you want a perfect wash I'd sujsugg getting there pro £11 clean. What I will be doing before summer. That way i just detail bits they can't clean and keep it tip top for when i come to sell it next year. All in all only taken 10 minutes queue and then to wash. Also staff was good, they noticed the kids in back had windowi down slightly what would of been an embarrassing one. So good observation there.

I went here for the first time on Monday and said that I could leave the car for a couple of hours. I am absolutely over the moon with the work they did inside and out!
