W. D.Great service all round. Not as thorough as a full handwash but staff work quickly with the pre-wash and the end result is pretty decent considering cost and how quick you can be in and out.

p. g.OK for the price but it doesn't get the back of the car clean. But it cleans the front and sides well. The guys go over the car by broom first and I expect they don't do as thorough a job if you plump for the cheapest option. For £3.50 its OK, but Tesco when it is working gets the car cleaner all over. If they had done the rear if the car better I would have given them 5 stars.
A.They were having a good chat instead of prepping the car for the main wash. After exit the car was not clean. Paid for the ultra HD. £12 or £13. Will not be using this one in Ipswich again.
M. A.I have been using this carwash now for quite a while and can with confidence state "they are the best" in the Ipswich region. The manager always greets me with a smile and manages to pretreat my car such, it comes out with clean alloy wheels, something you don't quickly manage at home. 10 out of 10!

W. H.Lots of types of washes to choose from & currently not pre washing your wheels before you go in due to cover restrictions. Can get busy at peak times like at the weekend.
Tend to find it cleans ok but not the best not like manually washing your motor but its good enough, you will missed patches when you come out at the end of the wash & dry process

A. W.Excellent service, very friendly and always helpful. Having tried several IMO washes in various parts of the country, this one stands out as being very good. The only problem I could see with this place is that their capacity is a little limited, if they’re already valeting a car then you just get a single person manning the wash and a queue can build up. That said, they’re always willing to make an effort.
C. H.Generally pretty good, although on one occasion I was charged for a triple shampoo & only got wash 2. Another occasion the car wash broke our aerial but that's the risk you take.

A. G.The service here is great. They make easy work of any dirty car. You can get a full valet or do it on your own. The are a wide range of choices to help your car gleaming. On site vacuuming is very handy to make your car as clean as it is on the outside.

T. H.Took van there this morning and it came out dirtier than it went in lol. It took quite some convincing to get it put through a second time for free. Operator said the company will take it out of his wages (not sure how true that is) but he eventually agreed to put it through again. 2nd time through and it was spotless.
R. W.They don't currently do the attended pre-wash due to Covid regulations, which is a shame as this is absolutely worth the extra, but a thorough and effective clean nonetheless. You can't do better for the money. Fast and effecient
