They were brilliant from the beginning to the end, providing a good customer service as well as a swift process. They made my life easier as finding a trustworthy car wash is tough these days and I believe I am lucky to have found these guys! I've been coming to this car wash for the past 7 years, and I live quite far away, so I would always try to go when visiting my father, as he lives around 15 minutes away from this car wash.
I recently treated myself to a new car, and I thought I'd treat the car to my favourite place to receive a car wash, and I chose the 2nd most expensive option, as it was a treat.
When they shouted me over as they were still finishing it off, the car had not been polished properly, there were multiple smears, there were just general areas of polish that had not even been rubbed in, and it didn't look like how I expected it to look - which was very disappointing.
In the past I would get the cheapest option, and I have always been extremely happy with the service provided, especially the first time I went in 2013, but I wouldn't go out of my way to go back unless they offered to re-wash my car and do a good job, and I'd be happy to change my rating, as it was such a great place to go years ago...

S. b.Really sorry to say this car wash used to be excellent but the last few times I believe its gone downhill probably depending on who's washed it I was spoken to very rudely once as I asked for the window to be wiped and was told to go elsewhere if I don't like it. This time I expected to pay £12 and was told it was now £15 although advertised as £12 and the sills were not all clean so I doubt very much if I will be using them again
