Great service from James at the detailing booth. I had a query on a delivery (not really late, just not as quick as hoped for). James responded promptly initially by messenger then took the time to call. Service like this is to be rewarded. And the dual Tommy turned up later today so all is well - apart from the weather meaning it’s too cold to use it 🤣. At least there was a pack of biscuits and a teabag to pass the time. 👍🏻👏🏻

I'm not really one to post reviews but I was so impressed by the service provided by the team at the detailing booth that I wanted to give them some much deserved credit. Emails were responded to quickly (and outside of normal working hours) which I would never expect of a company but really grateful for, my order was delivered next day (full of bilt hamber goodies and a kiln wash mitt) and a bag of haribo with a note of thanks for my business. Second order already in!!!!

Fantastic organisation to purchase your detailing supplies from with a quality service from initial contact through delivery and advice. The website is crystal clear and simple to navigate with a good mix of products from manufacturers some of which I’m familiar with and others not but it all looks tempting! Made an order of Klin drying and detailing cloths which are of outstanding quality and not easy to source. All arrived safely expertly packaged in a pristine Detailing Booth stamped box which was delivered by the great guys from DPD. Plenty of online options for delivery so that was all perfect. My first dip into Klin and I’m happy to say I’m delighted with the products and results. They really are a cut above the standard and specialist ranges of microfibres and the absorption rate of the Large Duo Drying Towel is phenomenal. Have faith in this you dynamic organisation and should you require advice or assistance speak to James.
