First time using. Good overall experience. Polite staff, who completed the job on time and did a decent job. It's not cheap, but you can book in, cancel at short notice and isn't the most pricey hand wash service going (cough cough the one in the Yellow mall car park Metrocentre). At this stage I will use again.
