H. B.I agree with previous comments on how the standards have fallen in recent months. I used this company for years as they were excellent and the manager was on hand to spot-check the work. The last couple of times I used this service they missed a lot of areas. Plus, don’t rely on the advertised opening times. It’s very hit and miss even on good weather days when it’s perfect conditions for car washing.

They were not busy and had no reason to rush but parts of the car were sprayed by a very bored looking operator and parts were not.
The first jet wash wasn't bad but again seemed unnecessarily rushed as was the foam hand wash followed by the 'silicone/wet wax' spray agent which was applied in a very hit and miss way
Still not busy I was moved outside for the dry off and glass clean - neither of which was at all effective and the car had water streaks everywhere when I got home half a mile away.
They no longer 'dress' the tyres with anything to give them a bright look and the wipe around the door shuts might just as well not been bothered with.
So, I got a quick but only half decent exterior clean of a not very dirty car carried out by operatives who appeared to me not to care too much - I would have done a far better job myself but taken a lot longer on my own versus their six operatives.
Frankly I'm still looking for a really great drive through car wash at a sensible 'wash quality/price' that does what I ask them to and am prepared to pay for.
I probably won't be going back despite it's closeness.

On my last visit it was a miss day.
No attention to detail and areas of the car hardly cleaned at all plus the half-hearted dry off was just that - half-hearted.
Hence water streaks everywhere which really show up on a black car.
Although not overly expensive it wasn't what I call VFM - 'Value For Money'.
The whole operation is geared to process the customer as quickly as possible with little regard for interaction apart from opening the door to take the money.
Therefore 3 stars is, in my opinion, more than adequate.
