J. G.Car wasn't dried properly so was covered in streaks when I got home. Considering the higher price of £10 for an outside wash it's frustrating. Staff could have been more friendly too.
H. f.Had a mini valet £40. Good but only as good as others who charge half the price so I won't be going again. I expected better for £40, there were still areas that needed hoovering. No receipts given as others have said. I think these used to be much better.

Audi A1 being charged as a medium sized car - extremely questionable. I paid £10 for the outside only (not including polish). In London I get inside and out for £10. Wish them the best of luck, but not for me anymore.

P. L.Visited here today they done a pretty good job however I got told the price had increased from £15 to £20 despite several signs saying £15! The guy i paid at the end was a bit rude, took my money and walked off without so much as a thank you. Not sure if I will go back.

R. C.Me and my partner had our vehicles cleaned yesterday we were both over charged by £5 my partner's boot was not cleaned as they wanted an extra £5 to do their job... I was over all happy with my van being cleaned but the price should have been £20 not £25.
C. H.Don't get caught out. They don't stick to there advertised price for SUV`s £8 and 4x4 £10 for a wash. This is despite helpfully having photos of vehicles for comparison on the price board. Therefore a Qashqai for a SUV & Range Rover for 4x4. The also charge £10 for large MVP/7 seaters. All presumably clear and very sensible .........Actually no. Maybe the Qashqai is literally the only SUV they mean. As my SUV isn't any bigger or taller than a Qashqai, I was bemused when they said they would charge for the 4x4 price gestering with their arms re: the size. I did point out that my car was clearly not a 4x4, nor as tall as I pointed to the SUV example they use to advertise. I paid the price but I won't be back which is what I told them. I had just started bringing our other car to them, so they have now lost both cars and us as customers for the rest of the winter months.
I'm only giving 3 stars for this reason as the car was done OK. Don't advertise a SUV price if you don't understand the difference with a 4x4. My car takes no longer to clean than a hatchback or saloon. It is taller but that is kinda the point of these cars.....
