A. D.I got the cheapest wash which didn't remove all the dirt but I didn't really expect it to for £4. The queue moved quickly so I didn't have to wait too long. It was unnerving to leave my brake off and not steer whilst going through the wash. Do trust the sign at the end that says it will lift up and not to brake!

A. G.Today I went to the IMO Car Wash and the staff was polite and very professional. They've done a great job and managed to deal with all my requirements. There is a variety of prices for different services but over all it's a 5star to me

N. M.Fairly standard machine car wash that did a good job, few different options for price which is good, starting around £7 for the basic. The car wasn't spotless but it was still a very good wash. Good for the money!

E. o.Amazing. Went with a filthy car with mud caked seats and they made it look like new. The car had been under a tree unused for 6 months. The staff were very helpful in suggesting the best way to get the car clean again on the outside, then booked for a full valet very quickly. A very happy customer here. Thanks to the staff.

A. C.Happy with the end result, not the customer service itself unfortunately. Went there for the first time and I felt like I was in an assembly line where everyone knew what was happening, except me. I went there on Saturday, asked for the mini valet service but was told it was not available and no indication on when it could be done. I had my car door open to pay for the service, but on the passenger side someone was putting foam, which was entering the car through my open door.
Knowing how the service is like, I may rate 4/5 stars next time, but not on this occasion based on my customer experience...

L.Really good car wash that has loads of options. Staff are friendly and helpful. Go here every time I need my car washed and wont stop unless the standards drop. For being with the AA i also get the more expensive car wash for half the price.

T. P.IMO is the best carwash in the world, as far as I know! The best value is £4 they do the wheels and the soft wash leaves the car in showroom clean condition. Treat yourself to a more expensive wash, but really you won't see the difference!👍😉

R. S.If you need a quick car wash, it's best. However, it leaves the car wet at the end which leaves water marks after drying.
F.I get my car washed here whenever I can. It's usually very busy. But if it isn't then I get it cleaned inside too. They do a really good job.
