Reliable on the whole over two decades. Odd occurrences of inadequate prewash but not recently. There are some things an automatic car wash won't be able to do so one has to accept that insides of doors etc won't get any attention unless you do it yourself. Plenty of choice of wash quality so you can choose to get more of the car washed properly including wheels and underside and with different "ingredients " right up to "durable" coating for the winter. Thus pretty reasonable value for money if you choose accordingly.

Apart from the person being a bit late to open I have to say the wash is not bad for an automated wash although I would not use this on my personal car. All the. Wheels were cleaned apart from one which was a bit odd. The lasting shine actually worked for a few weeks after so the top wash was worth it apart from that 4th wheel🤷🏾‍♂️

Love the pampering the machine gives my car, sometimes the operators look like they would rather be doing something else instead but then we all have off days. The service is good quick and well priced, i usually go for a top wash just to make sure the car gets the best treatment

It is often busy here, but if you manage to avoid the queue then it is hassle-free. I have a monthly free carwash from my insurance, which is a triple foam and it is good for keeping the car looking clean. Negative points are the layout, there is limited space to do any additional cleaning, or access the vacuum station after or before the carwash, so you need to exit and reaccess the forecourt. Card only, no cas.

Much better clean than any fully automated car wash, thanks to the person at the start giving a pre-clean. Better value than the "cheap" hand-wash centres. So a good clean and good value for money, happy with this.

Expensive ultra and pro-shield, rush hours have long ques. Sometimes blocking the cars from exiting Tesco petrol station. Good selection of wash programmes and trusted quality.

Hello. I come to this car wash regularly, I would gladly recommend it to my friends however I am saddened after todays experience. One of the younger gentlemen was extremely hostile and rude; upon my recent visit (which was early this morning) I felt very unwanted and felt as if I was a nuisance to their day. Apart from this experience I would highly recommend as they are usually lovely gentleman and very on the ball. I think the particular gentleman was just having an off day.

Quick, clean and automated. These guys are processing cars like a factory line currently since everyone's car is dirty. Its safe, a bit unnerving with the queue that goes through the fuel station but besides that its not bad. The wait is 20 mins at most.

Really pleased to see that they were open in the current lockdown. Plenty of signs telling you that they can’t do their normal pre-wash but still the same friendly welcome from the staff. Considering how filthy my car was, the machine did an excellent job. Thanks for staying open!

This has to be the best car wash in Peterborough!! Forget what you know and dream bigger ! They do a blinding job and are such a wonderful team! I’m lucky enough to have had some laughs and they certainly bring shark tale to life in this car wash! Don’t get anywhere else for a valet and polish! Cheap and reasonable pricing for a 5 star service !

Got my car clean and that's what I needed. Glad it's open during lockdown as I'm too lazy to go out and wash it myself. Was able to communicate and pay the attendant without opening the window which is great in these socially distanced times.

The car wash itself is as expected but the pre-attended wash (where the staff partly jet wash your car) could be better. It’s mostly an unenthused job to be honest. I know your car is gonna go through the wash, but the staff could be a bit more enthusiastic with washing the alloys!. Even though I like this car wash more than not, just a bit more detail by staff with the pre-jet wash would make it perfect.

Great service. I’ve just moved to the area, and this was the closest car wash - had my car washed there a few days ago, now looks completely spotless! Yesterday I went back to use the turbo vacuum, but hadn’t realised the time and the Car Wash that operates the machine were closed. A really nice young man was still there after closing and went above and beyond for me so I could vacuum my car before I had my MOT this morning. Thank you so much, will most definitely be coming back :)

I live in Hampton and once in every week I visit IMO Car wash. I am very happy that during this lockdown and challenging times they have been open and despite the freezing weather outside Denise and Dave have been always very welcoming, helpful and nice...Yesterday when I saw them outside being there for us in such a cold weather the least I could do was to get some hot coffee for them just to show my appreciation:) Hope they enjoyed it! Once arrived at the site was greeted by a lovely lady which I was grateful for as I had not used the service before she happily explained the process and pricing structure. I was so happy I decided to have a valet at same time. Would recommend to all car owners

if someone needs to wash a car quickly without leaving it. I recommend this car wash. First, wash the car with a pressure washer, then brush with foam, in another order you destroy the car paint. minus poor wiping for dehumidifying the car, not thoroughly clean. hand car wash is the best

We always use this car wash as it is very convenient to get to, very cheap for the service you get, and for the simple reason that you can pay by card via contactless. Whenever I've been, there has never been any more than a couple of minutes wait and the staff get you through quickly. This is a carwash where it pulls your car along through the various cycles that you have chosen before you pay. I recommend this car wash.

Good but a bit hit and miss! First time was a lovely wash and dry but 2nd time I was left with a lot of smears on the windows as the things at the end that dry were wet. Has just gone up in price and is £3.80 for a wash 1 now. Still decent price though.

Ive been using Hampton carwash a while now & had valets. Kirsty is lovely young lady & also her Mum & Dad. You get a friendly personal touch, nothing to much trouble, ive often got flys & they get them all off for me . Ive had washes from low cost to highest, and always happy. Tip When i come out of wash, i do park up & dry my car, saves water marks. I actually live in Norfolk now, and yarmouth one sadly i cant say im overall impressed compared to this one. They could learn alot from this family run carwash Thanks all & all the best for 2020
