M. S.I'm impressed an attended car wash with automation. The workers had protective clothing, not like these trafficked companies where the workers can only afford trainers. I won't use any service where workers' health & safety is put below profit.
For the price of a fully automated system I got pressure wash and wheel pre-soak.
I did see a photo of a broken mirror 4 months ago, but robots aren't perfect and they've been removing wipers and mirrors for 50 years. You're a fool if you think it still doesn't happen and it's a chance you take. Hand wash services are available & I suppose IMO is insured and will help repair so you're safe!

J. W.Good carwash if you need a very quick clean. Wouldn’t recommend if you want your car looking show room ready. Staff polite however, felt very rushed almost like they aim for quantity over quality. Tyres were left dirty even after £12 wash 🤷♂️
K. M.Even when really busy the most I've ever waited is about 10 minutes. I use the triple foam wash at £7.00 and this gives a decent finish to my car.

P. L.A bit unnerving if your not used to it but gives a good wash. Depending on which service you have you can go from basic to all the whistles and bells. Price reflects what level of wash you want.
J. S.Amazing wash. If I could rate this higher then 5 stars I would. Great value for money. Every time I arrive on site I’m greeted with a smile and a conversation. Great guys, great wash, great service. Never had a bad wash. I have been using these guys for the past 15 years. You can see they are the best in Plymouth as every time I come here there is always cars waiting to be washed no matter the time or day they are always busy. That says a lot to me. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else.

D. L.I have just recently picked my car up from Michael this afternoon and I can honestly say I’m over the moon with the outcome! After all the salt and rain water that’s been on the roads my car was in a sorry state. Car was dropped off this morning at 9 and left in the very trusty and capable hands of the staff at IMO the car has been treated to a very high standard of detail inside and outside and finished with a ceramic coating on the outside. Interior looks brand new and smells like new. Will 100% be using again.

k. b.It would be hard to describe how horrible my daughter's car was inside! You wouldn't have even wanted to sit on the driver's seat. But with a full valet, including a double shampoo, IMO worked wonders and totally transformed the inside of my daughter's car back to what it looked like when I first bought it for her. I would thoroughly recommend them.

P. G.The car wash itself is OK with very friendly staff, however my car wasn't cleaned to my total satisfaction. After I got home and checked over the results of the car wash, I noticed that I still had evidence of seagull droppings still present on my vehicle. I paid £12 for the ultra clean and frankly the process did not deliver to my expectations. I could've paid £3 more at my local hand-wash facility at West park and had a mini valet done. They would not only have done a better job on the outside of my car, but would've cleaned the inside as well. Sorry IMO car wash your facility doesn't deliver.
B. S.The staff went out of there way to be helpful as the car had not been washed for 18months. I also said it was my puppy's 1st time in a car wash and she is only 14 weeks.

K.Always polite and friendly, observing social distancing and a reasonable price, I'm disabled, so can't stand there with a pressure washer, so ideal, they always give the car a good once over with the pressure washer first, and now that there's an app, you don't even have to open the window to swipe the card!

M. H.Quick and convenient. The low end washes are kinda pointless and often leave dirt behind. The ultra HD wash is really good but a bit pricey. If I'm in a hurry I will use the IMO, but if I have some time I will go to a hand wash. Just as good of a finish for half the price of the HD wash

J. S.I've been to a few of these imo car washes round the country and this has to be the best I've gone to. The guy washing the cars was doing such a thorough job before we even went into the automatic part. Normally they rush you through, just spray a little something on the wheels but not here. They were really trying to get all the grime off the car before you went in, great service overall, would happily recommend for anyone to come here!
c. s.Guys working there seemed nice but the car wash took the badge off the back of my car. Phoned up the wash and they said they'd look for it but I've heard nothing back.
P. W.I'm not a fan of car washes as they generally cause swirls and scratches in the paintwork. The benefit of these car washes is that your car is pressure washed prior to entry and the contact components within are mostly microfibre. My car comes out clean and shiny. The vacuum cleaner is a £1 for 4 minutes and though lacking in power it does the job.

J. P.It was going well until it stopped and broke down. This was because another car had thicker tyres and the chain kept jamming but if you want a good service go to this carwash.
D. H.As with all car washes, body work is left with micro scratches and despite the £10+ price, doesn't clean all the car (i.e bootlip) and water marks are left in places. Is left with a nice shine over the rest of the car.
