T. W. L.Great value for monthly if you have a subscription. The staff at this particular branch in Southampton are friendly, polite and professional. I just wished there was a nearer branch to me in Dorset.

C. W.I have a years membership with my car insurance and have a voucher once per month for a £7 wash. Its hit and miss at the beginning if they pre wash the alley wheels thoroughly. But the kids like the coloured foam and rollers. The only negative is it leave a film on my windows which when the light hits it, you cant see out.
M. K.Wash and price was good but the big industrial hoovers which are £1 for 4mins are about as useful as a chocolate fire guard. Poor suction and performance

p. b.The wash was good but I have an electric car and the drying flaps in the machine opened the charging point flap at the front of my car and they might knock this flap off. Therefore I couldn't start the car.

Lots of choices to pick from and the entry level wash is super cheap.
It did miss a hard to reach spot on both sides of the car but I was very chuffed with the overall service.
Def the best machine based wash I've used. I will be using them again.

N. C.Great drive through carwash unlike most as it's totally scratch free. You usually get a jetwadh before hand to loosen wheel and under chassis grime however due to Covid this isn't happening atm. Staff very friendly and helpful would thoroughly recommend 👍

Popped in for an average valet but was totally blown away by the quality of the outside shine and professionalism of the valeting team on site.

K. G.Kind of what you'd expect. The wet side of the business is OK but your car will come out with some water stains because it doesn't dry effectively. There are 3 vacuum stations so you can clean the inside of your car yourself. Don't bother. It's £1 for 4 minutes and it will probably take you at least £3 but the vacuum cleaners are pretty weak so you'll find it difficult to remove anything attached to your car's carpets (like dog hairs and grass, etc.). Better off paying for the one of the valet services they provide from £8 to £25. Or buy a Henry and do it yourself at home. At those prices, it wouldn't take long to pay for itself

Got the basic wash st £3.80, couldn't really tell the difference between this and the more expensive one I got last time which was about £7

C. W.If i would of wrote this review a while back when the old short tubby guy owned the place i would of struggled to rate it with 1 star. The old owner was very rude and intimidating with his bad attitude, so i decided to go elsewhere which was a shame as the quality of the car wash was excellent.
After sometime i heard through word of mouth that it was under new management, so i tried the car wash out again and i cannot believe just how much friendlier and polite the new manager is. The overall service has improved so much, its hard to believe that after the poor attitude and service of the previous owner that this place has done a complete 180 and become in my opinion, the best carwash i know in the area.

Since Andy has taken over, washes and valets are done with hustle, precision and care. My car always looks brand new and the lads are always friendly, chatty and professional. I wouldn't take my car any where else. £14 for a mint valet is a bargain and top quality products are used for it. Fantastic work! see you soon!
M. B.Took my e-class for the full clean, but the bottom of the rear bumper was still dirty with salt from the roads. You get a much better clean with a hatchback than a large saloon. So still cheaper than some places but not fully clean.
