On the day we visited, the machine was broken but the staff still offered to clean the car for 20 pounds. I should say the hand wash was so good than with the machine valet service

I chose £7 option & it left plenty of watermarks on car. It felt like, I came out of rain water instead of car wash. Car definitely got cleaned but not impressed. Rather visit a hand car wash & pay £2 more.

Helpful & professional service. 9.7.22 The car was washed, polished & valeted very well. The staff who are generally helpful seemed to be under pressure from equipment not working, vehicles breaking down & some complaining customers! Staff also need to be aware that they are charging customers the correct price including any discounts relating to special offers!

Bought car wash trough their own app which gave some discount, easy to use. You can buy alk different packages. Attended car wash means spraying wheels and lower part of car after clean a bit with a soapy brush. Then the automatic machine takes over with foaming, brushing, waxing and drying. Overall a cheaper option than hand car wash but some parts of car remained dirty and not dry.

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. You can download IMO's Wash Club app and pay contactless or pay on site. The car wash is manned and the guy was very nice and helpful. Prices are quite reasonable, starting at around £4. The wash result was very good. A word of warning, the chassis wash option is very strong. My electronics were affected quite badly.

First time was good. This time, the ultra wash left a few streaks and managed to bend the motorised wing mirror backwards which gave me a scare, luckily the wing mirror was OK. The staff seem well organised and decent.

Used this car wash a few times. Straight forward and easy. My insurance provides vouchers for this car wash so I use it fairly often. Prices are reasonable however I went there once and it broke down which wasted about half hour of my time.

Proshield did a perfect job on my car. Some car washes don't do a good job on wheeltrims and leave grease. This wash left them spotless.

This place is not consistent be warned. I had the 'ultimate' service once and you'd expect the wash session to run the longest but it was pretty short with an ultraviolet light. I went today and chose a mid range service but the air dryer wasn't working properly nor did they have their usual rotating rug dryer running. In both sessions they charged the full cost of the service. So, last two sessions, the service was poor. I'll try them once again and if it's still rubbish, I won't visit them again.

I’ve seen some bad reviews but what they are saying is not true because some people believe you only have to clean your car once a year and it will become brand new but this is not the case as I am a regular customer and I come twice a month and I’m very happy with the job they do and the staff are very nice and friendly but especially the manger I feel bad because we don’t paid them enough as we should they deserve more then that

A convenient carwash located just outside Bushey station. Staff is friendly and guides you across various wash and wax options. This is a drive-through car wash so it does it's best to clean cars in a mechanised way, which often leaves behind details of washing and cleaning. For what it's worth it is a good car wash if you are looking for a quick and generic wash.

automatic car wash is cheap so is not too much to complain. but please do something with drying or better rinse cars because all this wax at the glass looks horrible. pieces of wax all over my glass. i spend 30min to clean it too make car looks normal nice and clean. mirrors the same. they are white as hell. thx

Nice and tidy car wash...but I'm not happy with that Ultra Hd...it's a wasting money...I took the other 2 under Ultra Hd and the result was the same...that solution for Ultra Hd probably has more water...plus if are to many cars on the queue the staff are rushing to clean inside and they are missing many many many place to be clean inside and the result isn't that great. I've been many time to wash my cars there in the last 2 years and it is a visible result between each wash and this result it's different from staff to staff as well...

Very friendly staff and good quality car wash. I was worried about taking my car here as I didn't want the rollers to cause swirl marks in my paint. Happy to see this isn't the case and the rollers are gentle enough not to cause any damage to my car. As it's an automated system the price is less, but the wash is the same quality as my previous hand wash which charged a bit more. They also have a vacuum cleaner you can use for very little money and has a nice long hose so can get around the car. They also offer a great valet service and I have seen many cars gleaming outside. I have noticed that they do sometimes close early, especially around this time of year when it gets dark early. I would recommend this car wash.

My go to car wash! Usually spot on apart from when there is a lil que, just be cautious of the spraying in que, as by the time you yet through the car wash on a busy day its dried and left streaks even after going in the machine, but always friendly service and a good wash besodea that 👍

Good value, easy to get to car wash in Watford £10 is average you will pay for a good quality wash and the guys are cool. Sometimes you might get caught in a queue leading down to the traffic lights where the car wash is.

It's fine as it does it's job okishly well. The people here are nice enough but could be friendlier I guess. Also they have some issues with their water as it always leaves stains on the windows and requires manual cleaning after coming back home. However I trust IMO's softwash system more than similar systems of other brands so I don't consider switching at the moment.
