Good car wash depending on who is working. Sometimes do the bits the machine can’t reach really well, on others days have come out and the car isn’t clean in places + spots of unused wax all over the place

The team here work so hard! The car wash is excellent value, not just because of the Ultra Shield option but because the cars are jet washed before they go in. I regularly drop my car off in the morning for a valet service and get my pristine, sparkling car back right on time. It’s more reasonably priced than some services and they even give the child carseats a good clean!

Customer service is still second to none. This is the only car wash I go to in Worcester. Prices gave gone up by about £3. Not as reasonable as it used to be. Inflation, I guess.

A premium car wash, with less than premium results. If you’re coming back home with a filthy exterior, fine, give it a go for £13, but don’t expect the car to look brand new, it’s a machine wash.

An efficient drive-through car wash with staff to do the usual spraying before you go through. There are a variety of programmes and a valeting service.

Gave the car a Xmas Eve treat. Always have a good car wash here. Car was extra dirty today, but they put the extra effort into the prewash so it came out nice and clean, including the alloys which were pretty bad beforehand.

Best wash (Ultra HD) ever. Pre-wash by staff with spray and jet wash then machine washed. Vacuumed at home and cleaned those awkward areas when doors are shut. Will be using another voucher next month.

Service was good that's why I gave two stars (originally). I wasn't happy because one of the rolling washers wasn't working and some of the nozzles that spray the wax and protective "full works" liquid were blocked. Not what you expect when paying £12 for what is effectively a drive through car wash. Update Customer services got in touch with me straight away and offered me their apologies and sent me a voucher for a free pro shield wash.

Slow moving seemed to be one operative trying to get you through the wash and the mini valets at same time one brush roller not working. Are you getting a full wash

It's the most easy and convenient way to get your car washed, although be warned that if you have brand new paintwork then these type of car washes are not recommended because they cause some scuffing to the paintwork. Also be wary of the spray they use pre-wash as apparently this is what can cause your headlamps to go cloudy over time. However my car is now 4 years old and I've been using it for the last 2 year's without any problems so far. There's also plenty of room to leather your car down afterwards or use the vacuums. I've not used their valet service yet so I can't comment on that.

It's quite expensive for the full service. I am not sure the new workers are clear with the upfront vouchers and discounts...so be careful. But it's still the best wax you can get

The prices have gone up again and I was already begining to question it's worth, I love that it's both hands and mechanical wash, because that mix gives me the impression of a thorough wash, but that doesn't seem to be quite the case, the nooks and carnnies seem.to be consistently missed. But I haven't found a better place yet!
