Excellent job done with a minimum of fuss. Kevin installed a loft ladder, bigger hatch, light & 20 square meters of flooring exactly as promised. Turned up on time, kept me informed throughout and tidied up after. All with having to carry everything up 2 flights of stairs in my townhouse. Fantastic job by Kevin, he fitted our loft ladder back in July so perfectly so I asked him back in August to board out the loft properly, which wasn't the easiest loft due to all the roof trusses and walls but he dealt with it all the same, including fitting whst he called stepping stones in between every truss. Also neatened up the access hatch. As a result I now have very good and easily accessible storage up there. Real gentleman who takes time to explain all the options, I like the way he turns up with the various ladder types on his van so there is no need to make a difficult choice ahead of time, his method of working makes it so easy.

I was really impressed with the professional service that Kevin offered. After his quotation he gave me a date when he could undertake the work. On the day turned up on time and got cracking straight away. He kept me apprised throughout and completed the boarding (33 sq m) and the installation of the new ladder and hatch in 6 hours. When it was all done he gave me a demonstration on how the ladder worked and they got me to to have a go. Excellent service and even swept up outside where the boards were cut to size. I first found Kevin 14 years ago when he boarded the loft in my first house. He was helpful, efficient and the price was very reasonable so I kept his card. There were no issues with the work in the 7 years that I lived in that house. 14 years later I looked him up again and I am as happy with the work he has done in this house as the first. Very surprisingly the costs hadn’t increased as much as I had thought and when we compared the prices from both bills some items were actually cheaper. He’s reliable, honest and very hardworking. I have recommended him to several people over the years and will continue to do so. I will definitely use Kevin again but perhaps not for another few years.
