L. P.I saw an advert for DRA Carpentry & Build on facebook, and sent a message asking if they did Garden Rooms. Dean arranged to come round a couple of days later to discuss. I have been nothing but impressed with every interaction since that initial contact. Dean turned up on the day and time agreed and spent a long time listening to what I had in mind, suggesting alternatives where necessary and discussing different cost options. Dean provided me with a quote a few days later, and from there we went back and forth with alterations based on me asking for changes a number of times. Each time Dean came back promptly with a new quote. Once the specification was agreed Dean arranged for the ground workers to come and view the garden to discuss arrangements, again they turned up on the day and time agreed.
Come the start of the ground work the crew turned up and worked non stop to get the area prepped and ready for the concrete. Within 2 days they had prepped and laid the concrete for the 6m * 5m base.
2 weeks later, as planned, Dean and Bill turned up to start work on the build, and every single day they worked hard and the progress was amazing. At every stage Dean would consult and check I was happy with progress. The whole build took 20days, and the end result is amazing.
Dean turned my vision into a reality and I can't recommend him enough.
