My garage door came off it’s runners and a cable snapped, so the door was wedged open, contacted Access Garage Doors, then came out that evening and repaired it. Great people, fair price, and above all honest. Will definitely recommend, exceptional service.

What fabulous service from Access Garage Doors. My dad had a door fitted 6 years ago and recently developed an issue where both remotes stopped communicating with the main motor unit. From first contact to resolution they were nothing but exceedingly helpful. Geoff on Saturday evening, answered his mobile, which in itself was remarkable, and talked me through resetting and re-syncing the remotes and main unit All the more amazing as Geoff was rather ill earlier in the day. This is a family owned business and run by Kath and Jeff. I scoured the internet and got many quotes from local garage door dealers, many who visited me were just interested in a sale and didn’t really listened to what I was asking for or didn’t understand. Let’s just say Jeff knows his onions and Kath has in-depth knowledge too. The service was beyond exceptional and Jeff even adjusted and sorted out technical glitches on a door that I didn’t purchase from their company It was an absolute pleasure to do business with this company. We purchased a house in Mid-Wales that had a faulty electric door and I was struggling to find a company that would come and look at it with the view to repair. Access were quick to respond to emails and came to our property to investigate. They quickly found the door to be faulty (broken springs and badly installed) so we got a quote to install a new door. The team returned to install the new door and take a way the faulty one. The team have been great and I'm thankful they were prepared to travel the 1.5 hours to help us out. I had a problem with the Garage door, following a close encounter with my vehicle. The team did all they could to attend and after we managed to get the door back into the runners, they kindly talked me through how to reset the motor so that it functioned going up and down correctly. Fantastic service on both occasions. I have had to use them for two different jobs over the last three years and on both occasions found them extremely helpful and professional. Most people won't know much about how to fix a garage door and this is the type of business where you could easily be ripped off, but rest assured from my experience Jeff will do the opposite, he sorted the problem in minutes and even showed me how to do the more basic programming and maintenance needs myself. First class service, I will use again when I need to and would certainly recommend to friends and family.

Fitted two Hormann Garage doors 20 years ago and they are still working perfectly. Recently contacted them for replacement strips on the bottom edge of the doors as the plastic had gone brittle and they were coming loose. They told me that the strips were used to protect the door edges in transit and were not really needed. Nevertheless gave me three new strips for free which clip on perfectly and I have a spare! Superb customer service.

Had an issue with my garage door today and went in to the shop to see Kath as was looking at having a new door. Kath went through all the various options extremely well so I could consider what I wanted. Also said they could fix my existing door today as I could not shut it at all. I phoned when I got home and Jeff came around on his way to another job 20 mins later. The issue was fixed promptly with replacement parts. In summary both Kath and Jeff were professional and polite at all times and I cannot fault the level of service. It’s clear that Jeff knows his way around a garage door! Emailed Friday said they could do it Monday. Did a price without seeing the job. Did the job in no time at all and charged me a fraction of the quote. This is a great local business. Hugely helpful when I was looking for advice and quotes and have stuck to the timescales and appointments promised. Access have now fitted me a brand new sectional door to replace a very old up and over. The fitting is spot on and they have removed very trace of the old one and the fittings. They even loaned me a power tool for an unrelated DIY job I was doing at the time. I don’t expect any issues but based on m experiences, I have no doubt that aftercare will be excellent as well. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

5 o’clock on a dark Friday night my electronic garage doors would not close, - panic , managed to find Access Garage Doors on a GOOGLE search. Jeff was up from Cardiff 30mins later. We went with Jeff of Access Garage Doors Ltd immediately. Here's why. Jeff was professional, well prepared and new exactly what was needed. He took the measurements, had all the samples with him, and sat down and took us through the options, prices, and the expected time frame for delivery and installation.
