What a great company to purchase from. Great selection of products. We bought a flat skylight and 2 sets of French doors. There was a slight mix up with the order their end, but the man on the telephone was so helpful and refunded us the difference straight away. They gave us options to correct the order and we chose partial refund. Despite the mix up I can't fault them. Easy from ordering to delivery. Lovely quality doors too. The delivery driver Darren was fab, helpful and friendly. Will buy from again.

Great set of patio doors. Hubby is a carpenter and has fit many sets of patio doors for various people and he is really happy with these. They are great quality, very secure and look fab. Delivery was on time and the delivery guy was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely buy again.

After some research on suppliers I decided to buy my aluminium bifold doors from AWM The corrosponde was excellent, any questions asked was answered instantly and with good detail. Doors delivered earlier than expected Which was very helpful to me. Fitted them myself with some help and I'm very very pleased with the quality of these doors. We are very happy with the PVC Frenxh doors we bought from AWM windows and doors. It was delivered in the timing annonced, they contacted us to make sure all goes smoothly for the delivery and when I have a question before the delivery they picked up the phone quickly were polite and answer my question efficiently. They deserve 5 stars.

2nd time I’ve used these guys. Both times absolutely brilliant. I bought patio doors for outside offices. At first I thought it might be a scam as they cost so much less than other companies. But they kept us updated with delivery, delivered on the day they said, and the product was perfect. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Ordered some french doors, all good, no problems, pretty straight forward to be fair. Just an idea to improve is to give people a couple of days notice as opposed to half a day before they are shipped as some people cannot take the next day off for delivery at short notice.

A massive thank you firstly to the poor delivery driver who had to put up with the eco terrorist's never ordered or fitted before but from start to finish AWM were there for me website instructions also with easy to follow instructions from measuring to fitting job done thank you

Bought two windows and a pair of french doors from AWM for a DIY fit into my garden office project. I found AWM via eBay but then spoke to Jamie directly and customised to my spec. I'd had several quotes, AWM were amongst the cheapest but, crucially, they manufacture their own so managed to meet my really tight timescale. Windows arrived. The apparently elusive Craig (I managed to get him first time several times) was really helpful with adjustment tips for a rookie. When I damaged a bit of glazing bead (and confessed) they were kind enough to provide another FoC. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I bought a white uPvc back door in December from AWM and from start to finish they were excellent. I was let down by another supplier and needed a door at very short notice to make our extension weatherproof over Christmas. AWM were the only company I could find that managed to supply exactly what I wanted in a turnaround time of just 16 days. The door itself is excellent quality, fantastic value and was made to my exact specifications; even the builders commented on the quality when it was fitted. Mick in the sales department was very professional and a pleasure to deal with, he went out of his way to make sure the door arrived on time. Highly recommended.

Doors came chipped, called company twice they said to send pictures which i did via whatsapp to them. they called me back to say they cannot pick the doors up but can send two lots of stuff out to try fix them which i have not received asked again and still noting has come just blanked my message instead. Doors was good price and delivery was within the 3 week window they said shame they got 3 star for sending chipped doors and then not sending stuff out to fix them or picking them up.

Brilliant service and advise given by Karl Bowdrey. Have got a problem with my windows which were installed by the previous owners of my house. Karl spent ages looking for the details of the works carried out at my house to no avail and then realised that they were installed by a different company with a similar name. Delivery was as they said it would be and the windows look to be of good quality. Disappointing that the frame was 5mm wider than that ordered, apparently I have to trim the frame to suit.

I have recently purchased a new front door from AWM Windows and Doors and am really happy with the quality of the product and the ease of using this company. I ordered on a Saturday, by Monday Craig had emailed to say the door would be arriving the following Monday which it did, no fuss! They offer such a competitive price that I was slightly sceptical with ordering directly online. However, I am over the moon with the final fit and design of the door. Would recommend!!

I don't often write reviews for places unless the experience was particularly good or bad but I want to thank the team at AWM for all their hard work. At first I was nervous about buying new windows but the sales advisor quickly put my mind at ease as he was friendly and knowledgeable, he took me through everything and answered all of my questions. The surveyor and fitters were very tidy and professional, all the team were polite and friendly. I can really tell the difference inside my house as it has not been too hot during the summer and I am sure the windows will make a huge difference in the Winter. The whole process from beginning to end was smooth and I am utterly pleased with the outcome. Hopefully over the next year I will be back in touch to enquire about conservatories! Thanks again :)
