Last year my partner and I engaged Andrew , as part of a large scale renovation, to design and manufacture a number of bespoke pieces of furniture for our home (a period property). This included, amongst other things, a desk, shelving and cabinetry for home offices; a linen cupboard; and a cupboard for a guest bedroom. Over the course of meetings at Andrew’s workshop and our property, we agreed the detail of the project and the specification of the individual pieces. We enjoyed working with Andrew and would highly recommend his services. He was attentive to detail, mindful of timescales, and was committed to delivering high quality pieces. We greatly appreciated Andrew communicating regularly with us, keeping us updated on his progress and the next steps – from the initial meeting through to completion – throughout the entire project.

Cannot attest to Andrew's cabinet making skills, but I was disappointed in the floor he laid for me. He charged me double what I was quoted at several other places, but assured me his quality would be higher. In my opinion he wood feels cheaper to walk on than the laminate I used elsewhere To Andrew's credit he did come back round twice, about the same issue - There was a dip in my floor that meant the whole floor dropped down when you walk on it. However he did very little to solve this, and I had to resort to getting a new floor installed by someone else. Ultimately. I paid double for much, much poorer quality than all of the other work I got done on my flat. We live and learn. As mentioned, I cannot attest to Andrew's cabinet making skills - but I'd definitely think twice about hiring him to lay a floor.

I got in touch with Andrew Carson from Ashgrove Interiors as I was in the hunt for bespoke timber coffee table to replace the hideous old glass one that I’ve been too lazy to replace before now. During the initial consultation I felt Andrew listened to my suggestions as well as offering his own thoughts on both design and practical considerations. Thankfully his taste and eye for detail far outweigh my own! I am very happy with the table: walnut top with custom oak legs in a modern style befitting the room it would be placed in. Great product, Andrew was very easy to and professional to deal with throughout the process. I will be sure to make use of his services for any and all future projects. PS: I need a TV stand.

I contacted Andrew to do some panelling work in my new house. He was very quick to respond and clearly explained what he needed from me and what my different options were. He then popped out for a quick visit to do the measurements and confirm there was nothing to prevent him from doing the work. Andrew was extremely helpful and friendly through the whole experience. We were lucky that he had a opening the next week and could fit the panelling then. I absolutely love it and it is exactly what I asked for. I am so pleased with the results and once I have painted them I will add pictures! Would definitely recommend.
