I was struggling a bit with fitting my Scottoiler to my 1260 Multistrada due to the single sided swingarm so I contacted Craig at Scottoiler who sent me over instructions on how to route the system, this needed some additional parts but these were sent by Craig at no additional cost which I thought was exceptional customer service. I do a lot of mileage on my bikes and the time, effort and money these save is considerable. Some people think it is too messy a system, but if you take the time to adjust the flow correctly these are cleaner than normal chain lube and ensure the maximum life out of your expensive chain a sprockets. A while back I bought an X-System Scottoiler for a Triumph Tiger 660. This is my second Scottoiler (I had the V-System for more than 10 years fitted on four different bikes) and I have to say that these Scottoilers are an excellent piece of kit and exceptionally well designed and built. Once fitted they need hardly any maintenance (only slight adjustments between seasons and a top up of oil). The V-System is great but the electronic X-System is even better: more efficient (it uses less oil because it only works when the motorcycle is in motion - so no dripping when the engine is fired up and you are stationary) and it's easier to fit, needing no connection to the engine as the V-System does) - it also looks great on the bike - not like some afterthought. Something else that is worth mentioning about Scottoiler is their excellent after-sales service. As everyone knows, each bike is different and sometimes small adjustments need to be made and I've written to the company a number of times to solve minor teething problems; every time a Scottoiler representative has contacted me immediately (once on a Sunday!) to give me advice or send a part that was necessary to refine the system. It's a great pleasure to deal with a company that takes the its product and the customer so seriously. So, I'm very happy to be able to recommend Scottoiler - both the product and the great service.

I had a problem with the display unit on my E-System 3, I emailed Scottoiler on Sunday 31st July 2022, describing the fault. Craig from Scottoiler contacted me on Monday 1st August and I received a replacement display unit on Thursday 4th of August. Excellent service!

Bought an Esystem Scottoiler about 3 years ago and is brilliant at keeping the chain on my Tiger lubed up, had one problem recently where the buttons stopped working so I couldn't use it. An E-mail to Scottoiler and Craig got back to me right away and suggested some possible fixes, none of which worked so he said to send over and they will see if they can repair, Craig got back to me the next day to tell me that the unit had indeed developed a fault but there would be a replacement unit shipped out ASAP. now received this and all is good, FANTASTIC service from Scottoiler! a big thank you to Craig and the Scottoiler team and I can now enjoy many more miles with a well lubed chain.

I have a Scottoiler installed on both my rides, one an older version on my CB600F, I do a lot off KM's and it really keeps my chain in great condition, it's a peace of mind that when you're on a 10K km trip you don't have to worry about your chain. I installed the Vsystem on my new CB650R, and after a season of hard riding I had an issue with it but the costumer service I received is beyond what you can expect, absolutely amazing. I 100% recommend you install a Scottoiler

As can happen with any product, my 5 month old Scottoiler xSystem stopped working - the pump wasn't doing it's thing. I contacted Scottoiler and they suggested a couple of things, but agreed that it sounded like it was faulty so gave me details to return it for testing and if necessary a replacement. Sent it and despite them being short staffed because of the coronavirus they tested it and sent me a replacement. Total turnaround 6 days so great service - thanks guys.

Absolutely first class service from Scottoiler in the last week. I had noticed the reservoir on a bike I have just bought was leaking fluid when I refilled it and so contacted Scottoiler direct (the dealer I bought the bike from were dragging their heals). Not only was Matt very prompt in responding to the first few emails I sent, he also offered to take a look if I could get the bike to them even just now in this wierd world of Covid 19. As it happens, they were less than an hour away (good excuse for another run 😉). Not only was Matt a really friendly guy, he also agreed to replace the seal, provide a breather tube (strangely, mine wasn't already fitted with one) and refill with fluid; and all for nothing on a system that wasn't even fitted by me. I can't praise them enough and will be delighted to deal with them again in the future. Brilliant job Scottoiler, keep up the good work. Ross Thomson

Fantastic customer service. I had a System X which stopped pumping. Quick email to Scottoiler and I was asked to return the resevoir unit. 48hrs later a brand new unit delivered. Highly recommend their product and service.

Great service and staff always happy to help and advise, have popped in a few times over the years. Don't know why I have never reviewed til this point !. The first oiler I fitted must have been on one of my Gixxer 1100s circa 1988 and had a few since then. They fitted an oiler for me Circa 2005 on an RR2 Blade at no cost, the vacuum side was an impossibility for moi, so dropped it off and left them to it. Last time I was in I asked if I could take some images for our S1000rr forum, again no problems at all, let me wander about and fill my boots with images, and to cap it all off Mr Scott walked in as I was leaving, very down to earth. Recently it started leaking slowly (oil stain under the bike in my garage) I dismantled it and sent it back to Scotland after agreement It was returned to me by a new one and modified to the latest standard in a very short time.
