An extremely professional company offering high quality products combined with very competitive pricing. Installation was excellent and the whole process from start to finish was seamless. Tony and his team provide great support pre and post installation with the best level of after sales support I have ever experienced. My account of buying a garage door from this company is as follows. The salesman arrived when he said he would and dressed accordingly. He was courteous, knowledgeably and provided good advice about what was available to be installed as well as the removal and installation of the new door. The price quoted was competitive with other companies and was the sum we finally paid ie no additional fees after starting the work. A date was agreed and a courtesy call received the day before the work started confirming a start time. On the day, the craftsmen arrived on time, completed the work within the agreed timescale and to an acceptable standard (and yes I am rather particular). All in, I am very satisfied with the professionalism and service provided by The Garage Door Company (Glasgow). I wish other contractors paid as much attention to the customer as they have done.

If you are looking to purchase a garage door don’t go elsewhere as The Garage Door Company, Glasgow are excellent as nothing is too much of a problem to them. Tony was professional in every aspect, follow on customer service received from Ryan and Fitters was the best I have ever received from any company. Initially I ordered a double roller Hormann garage door but unfortunately there were problems but not a problem to this company as all was rectified with an upgrade to an up and over Hormann garage door. Cannot recommend company, staff and service received if I could give more than 5* I would. Excellent all round service and company.

Maybe a little early as it was only fitted today however I am very pleased with the look of the garage door.The fitters knew their stuff and were both polite and very clean. Time will tell but it all looks very professional. Would recommend this company. Frank.

Very happy to recommend them for garage repairs: they turned up on time, assessed the problem very quickly re lower left lock mechanism, then set about fixing it. They also picked-up on a few other loose parts of the up-and-over mechanism and fixed them too eg re-attaching rubber edging strips and strengthening lock fixings with additional bolts and floor bracket. Finally ended call by oiling the various moving parts of the door etc. All in all very impressed. Thanks!

I kept putting off having an old access door for my garage replaced but with the extremely harsh weather in December, it was time to bite the bullet. I searched several web sites to check out the prices and asked three different organizations for a quote. As expected, the guys showed up, measured the door and starting quoting for the extras - matching handle, charcoal strips glazing, a bottom sill - and the list went on. Then a person from there showed - and by then I was a very skeptical buyer. He measured the door, quoted me a price, then told me that included full installation, the handle, the glass, and a 10-year guarantee. Most amazingly, it was the price quoted on the web site. Person then showed up with the door for installation on a Sunday afternoon! How brilliant is that for customer service? Although I ordered the least expensive door that was on the there site, it is certainly not a cheap looking door. I would not hesitate to recommend this service.
