J. Y.G & G Property Maintenance bring with them a team of pleasant, considerate, highly skilled, professionals who do the required job with an element of real thought and customer consultation throughout. We asked them to remove 2 non-loadbearing internal walls and 2 doors and replace them with a new smaller wall containing 1 door, in a different place, to create further space. This involved the relocation of radiators, electrics, a lot of repair and plastering and (yet to be done) new flooring. Nathan and Tyler are generous with their expertise, sharing their knowledge to help with any follow-up jobs after they've gone. Any questions you email them out of hours are answered promptly and the team arrives at the agreed time and they stay until the work for that day is completed. They're a worthwhile investment if you want the work done to exacting standards! We totally recommend them.
