I bought my 1015 back in 2010, it is an awesome machine and the customer service that i have received during the past twelve years has been superb. Not that I have had any mechanical problems, in fact, quite the opposite but I did have some cosmetic problems where I stupidly sited the Juke full in the Sun in my conservatory but this was easily fixed by myself after consulting directly with members of staff at Sound Leisure, who expertly guided me through the repair process and supplied the parts out to me in Spain where I now live. I have also visited the factory twice and I can tell you, that is one great experience.I can highly recommend a Sound Leisure Jukebox as not only a great showpiece for the home but as a genuinely great piece of equipment backed by an honest and extremely helpful company.

I have used this company since the late 90s as the machines have been used extensively in the UK on site jukebox industry. I recently treated myself to the Norton vinyl rocket pictured below. I refurbish a lot of Sound Leisure products as part of my business and I advise friends and customers to buy one of these - as they will get long term support (this week I collected a part for a 38 year old mechanism). On choosing this jukebox for myself, I dismissed the new 'valve' Rock Ola bubbler, a vintage 1455 Rock ola and a Wurlitzer from the 50s. To be truthful, I want to come home - turn on a jukebox - and enjoy the music. The purchase was not cheap but it is absolute quality construction with high end components that will last longer than me. So glad I made this purchase.

After 10 years of working perfectly my Broadway Melody CD Jukebox developed a fault. During a very helpful call with the service department I was guided through the removal of the board and all the cables connected to it. I took photos so I knew how to put them back. After posting the board to Sound Leisure it was repaired and upgraded and returned to me within 10 days. Fantastic service all round and great to know that here is a company that looks after its customers and can keep keep these wonderful machines working. Highly recommended.

I have always wanted an authentic looking jukebox, and finally i was able to order one. Now it's here and playing my cd's, i can say that it was definitely worth the wait ! Everyone at Sound Leisure has been so friendly and helpful, making the process very, very easy - from our initial tour of the factory, right through to delivery and set-up. The jukebox itself is beautiful, a real work of art, and it produces a lovely rich sound, especially with the additional speakers. Simply brilliant !

I cannot thank these guys enough. My pride and joy jukebox would not open and we were moving home. They responded with lots of options for us to try with no success but we are not juke box engineers. So they sent a guy out from Leeds to Nottingham within a day. He arrived at our house within the hour specified. Very friendly guy and nothing was a hassle. Even showed me how to ensure it was transported correctly. Amazing service especially at a stressful time of moving. If you are looking for a Juke Box I really can’t recommend this company enough for their professionalism

Absolutely fantastic service from this quailty british company, well looked after from start to finish. Nothing was any trouble and had a fantastic look round the factory. The quailty of my jukebox is spectacular it's not just a jukebox it's also a work of art and the craftsmanship is second to none, I've had loads of compliments. As someone employed in the commercial jukebox and amusement for over two decades, as the manufacture of 45RPM Vinyl playing jukeboxes became obvious, I wanted to buy one brand new in the crate Jukebox for my own personal use at home. I began accumilating 45RPM records at the age of 5 and still have all of them. I could have had any make or model jukebox I desired and at wholesale cost such as the great AMi's, Seeburg, Rock-Ola Wurlitzer or NSM. After a lot of serious thought I turned my sights across the Atlantic to Sound Leisure of England and to this day I am thankful I did. Other jukebox manufacturers only supply parts and service for their machines for up to 10 years after the date of production. This is not so with Sound Leisure who claims to still have original parts and service for any jukebox model they have ever made. In the early 1990's I flew from New York to Leeds England and was given a nearly all day tour of the Leeds factory by Alan Black himself. I was very impressed with the quality of materials, workmanship in manufacturing, quality control and testing of finished product. It did not take long after that tour for me to place an order for my Manhattan Bubbler 45RPM Jukebox which arrived some weeks later in perfect condition. You will not find this kind of quality anywhere else in the world. Time flies when you are having fun and enjoying yourself and I have now had my Sound Leisure Jukebox for over two decades. Other than an occasional replacement of styli ( needles ) it has required no other attention to keep it playing the great sound it had when it first arrived at my house. Many of the former great manufacturers of Jukeboxes are now gone but Sound Leisure lives on. If I need parts or service I can pick up the phone and give them a call even today ! I take great pride in my ownership of a Sound Leisure product. It will probably outlive me. Bob Schappert New York, U S A
