Lovely friendly and approachable team. Family ran businesses. Very knowledgeable on their products and always happy to help. I have used them several times now and have never been disappointed. From the moment I contacted Automated garage doors, I felt confident that I would be satisfied with their service. Adam, his wife, and his father were all both friendly and efficient. My doors ( sectional) were fitted today. Adam and father, arrived at 8 am as expected, and were finished by Midday, having fitted the 2 doors, and removed the old ones. The garage was left immaculate. I'm delighted with the finish, and would thoroughly recommend.

Recently fixed my mother in laws garage door and it now works better than it ever has! Really polite, efficient and helpful service. They advise about what the best options were for our issue and were not pushy in trying to sway for the more costly option. They came out in an emergency to temporarily close the garage within 2 hours even though they were busy with other jobs. A well run family business and would highly reccomend to all!

Adam and Howard left a half hour ago and I must say what a great experience. Both are pleasant and professional, installing a fantastic model and demonstrating its use. Looks a quality product and I’m delighted with the customer service and the company, which was a recommendation from a friend who’s had a similar door. I hear that if there is a problem, Adam will sort it out quickly. Based on our experience, I can’t recommend highly enough. Had to wait slightly longer for the door as importing is an issue with Brexit etc but well worth the wait. Worthy of 5 stars on first impressions!

Adam came to visit just when he promised, he had fantastic knowledge of all things garage doors and talked me through all the options to find the best one for me. He kept me up to date with the delivery of my door and fitted it to the highest standard. He even took the time to bring me a couple of extra bits for my garage once the job was done. Having received a ridiculously expensive quote from a well-known Organisation for a standard replacement garage door, when Adam's leaflet came through the door offering the option of an automated door I gave him a call. The price quoted was more than reasonable; the work has been done to a high standard and Adam has been reliable throughout. The work was completed today and I am absolutely delighted with the outcome. The automated door is so easy to operate - and I'm useless with a remote control in my hand! Recently decided to replace garage door. Asked Automated Garage Doors to quote. Survey was well done as fittings had to avoid meters. Following a manufacturing delay at Novoferm plant there was a chance the install would have to be delayed. AGD pulled out all the stops and got a special delivery from Novoferm in order to meet agreed install date. The team worked efficiently and installed new electrically operated door in less than 4 hours (this included removing the old up-and-over door). Door works perfectly and garage was left tidy with all rubbish and packaging removed from site. Probably not the cheapest in the market but you get what you pay for and we are certainly happy with AGD and our new door.
