We had the centre part of our loft boarded, two lights and a ladder installed. Steve was great providing the quote and booking us in. Steve and Ivan were excellent during the day they worked on the loft. They arrived early, were really friendly and professional and did a great job on the work. Highly recommended.

Where do I start? What a pleasant and hassle free experience, Steve and Ivan arrived on time and cracked straight on with my full loft boarding, hatch, ladder and light. Both worked continuously to make sure everything was complete by the end of the day, just keep them topped up on black coffee and before you know it they've turned your loft into a huge space you didn't realise existed. Quality of installation and workmanship is outstanding and I can't recommend them enough. If you're thinking of having your loft boarded, look no further than Steve and Ivan. Fantastic service from start to finish. We are currently renovating our home and I've been really disheartened with tradesmen as have been let down quite a lot. I called Steve to get a quote and he was just finishing a job nearby so he popped in and gave me a quote. I confirmed we accepted it and he booked us in his next available date. WHAT A SERVICE!!! Called Steve on Tuesday to rectify a loft hatch disaster. Came the same day gave us a quote and fitted it in the next day. I googled a loft ladders installers after i noticed that the existing loft hatch was loose and creating cracks on the ceiling. When Steve called me back, I explained that I had the decorators in, so needed to get it fixed pretty quickly. I was very impressed when he offered to pop by at the end of his busy day, to assess as he explained over the phone he had no availability until Jan 2022! When he arrived he could see the problem and offered to fix it on the spot for a reasonable cost. I was impressed with Steve’s responsiveness and professionalism. Very good service. They arrived on time, they talked me through the process, they worked very hard all day in a very hot loft. They did an exceptional job and never complained when they both got covered in black dust. Ivan arrived prompt on time and did a nonstop graft allday Both Steve and Ivan explained the process and method to provide a safe boarding on a newbuild house. True professionals and knew not to cut into joists or damaging anyone the roofs structural timber (unlike some other firms who had come out to quote) would definitely recommend these guys at More Than Loft Ladders. Cleaned up well and a very tidy finish.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Steve's work. He arrived promptly, with a young assistant, and did a great job of installing a ladder and flooring for storing suitcases. He is a skilled carpenter who attends to detail and cleans up professionally afterwards.
