best service ever! We appreciated how honest and transparent the pricing was. Scheduling was quick and simple and the service was straightforward. He knows his stuff! Compared to other people in London who demand a fee before even coming out, we first communicated over the phone and text which saved so much time! There's no other service in the London area I would use!

Leo's service was first-rate and faultless. He arrived when he said he would, and then proceeded - over the course of a seven-hour day - to blitz a list of tasks that I thought would require several visits. Jobs done included wall-mounting TVs and various other aspects of installation and maintenance requiring a man with a drill, a spirit level and rawl plugs. He also did some minor electrical work (replacing power point / switch facias and a light fitting). He worked tirelessly throughout the day, and refused to be bested by practical obstacles - we didn't have a step ladder, so it looked like he wouldn't be able to change the light fitting. He was creative in finding solutions to ensure the job was done. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Leo, and plan to get him back for a couple more handyman jobs that have since arisen.

Leonard saved the day today! What a guy! He was at my flat within a few hours of me finding him on Google, and he carried out a small job that wasn't as simple as initially appeared. He was so polite, and accommodating. I felt very safe with him, given that I am a female on my own in the flat. My experience was that he is trustworthy, and strives to do the best job he can. Leornard went the extra mile - Had a new fridge-freezer delivered by another company and they damaged the base of the cupboard, so could not be installed. I had a time deadline and Leonard helped me meet that deadline, repair the cupboard and figured out a way to install the new unit. I've used Leo's services twice and I cannot recommend him enough. He works hard, he finds solutions for problems and he's able to do a multitude of tasks, all of which he does quickly and efficiently. I'd originally booked him to do half a day's work but he offered to stay 'until everything was done', which was more than half a day. I am a single woman and I always found it difficult to find a trustful person to do my handy work around the house but I found Leonard. He assembled all my furniture as I just moved house, he installed all my curtain rods and he fixed all the kitchen cupboard doors as they were all askew. I needed new taps and shower in the bathroom and together we chose the right ones and he got them delivered for me and installed them carefully. He is honest and he is the first handyman I met that is not trying to take advantage of having a female client that doesn’t know much about screws and sealants. I sincerely appreciate that. Every time I call him for a job we go through it and put down all the things to be done and then agree for a price. If anything changes along the way he always warns and consults me so I never had payment surprises with him like I had before with other tradesmen. It is a must for me to have trusted people in my house and along with my 10 years cleaner he is one of the few people I am comfortable and happy to rely on. Oh, and my cat adores him!

I cannot recommend 112 Handyman and Leonard enough. I've booked Leonard twice to finish off a couple of jobs around my flat and both times he's been great.
