I am incredibly grateful to Alex, who was kind enough to help me out with a creative project for a care home. I needed to fix a wooden drinks trolley to be completely stable, so there weren't any risks or health and safety concerns. Alex went above and beyond to get it done quickly and to an extremely high standard (aesthetically and practically!). He is reliable, easy to communicate with and was very sensitive to the project's specifics and the vision I had. He is super passionate about his work. Alex worked with us for the past year at a Grade II listed building, and hopefully will continue to do so. The building is in the heart of Marylebone and it has special architectural and historic interests, which require elite craftsmanship for restorative work. Alex did some work for me around 18 months ago. It wasn't a particularly big job but it had needed doing for a while and someone who had been out before hadn't done it to a good standard. Alex rectified the issue, completed the work within an hour, thoroughly cleaned up and it's been as good as new since.
