Firstly I'd like to say i was very spectacle after reading some reviews, as it tell you a lot about a company! How ever this company had more positives then negatives and in this case I made a order for a small product and I was super happy with the customer service over the phone and the the time frame of delivery. Once I recieved my order and was happy with the quality I went ahead & made a large order worth in excess of £18,000 (for my company) and I must say with out a doubt that the service I got from the staff especially (shak) Shakirul Islam who was there through out every step of the way, made the ordering process so easy that I could've done this whole process with my eyes closed! From answering any questions I may have, to measurements and top quality, longer lasting products. I would highly highly recommend this place and I will be back soon as we are opening a new branch in London. Thank you again! This was an AMAZING experience!! Jack

READ IF YOU NEED A FULL REFUND. Despite the order not arriving on time I had great communication from Miz via email. They explained there had been a problem with deliver and that my order would arrive on time. Sadly, it didn't arrive on time and i sent the item back when it arrived. Despite being told that i would have to pay a 20% re stock fee that would be taken out of my refund the company finally agreed to a full refund. Miz was a great person to speak with and deal with.

Don't understand the bad reviews! Have been searching the web for some good quality, yet at a reasonable price bike racks for my garage. Found them and I have to say, they are just a little gem. The service is fantastic, the delivery was prompt and quick (it took them less than a week to deliver the good, how good is that?), and good price, just amazing value in total. Customer service was really good too, so I just highly recommend the company!

Excellent service and delivery for a domestic setting (4 bikes in a semi vertical rack) – simple to set up once I had the assembly drawings that didn’t come with the package but i called and was immediately emailed it was very simple to put together ( 2 person job). Recommend getting the fixing kit which is not standard for domestic users.

Brilliant service! my three individual bike racks for my garage arrived within a couple of days - amazing as it was Christmas! Mind you, the box was rather flimsy and only just survived the journey but the racks were fine as suitably wrapped. Could have done with some instructions with the racks re; mounting heights, distance between them, etc instead of having to go back to the website. Overall great though and I would recommend. Purchased a total of 10x Wall Dock's for our new office facility. Dealt with Shak who was very professional, including answering a selection of very detailed engineering and material related questions. Smooth financial transaction process and even smoother supply chain, with the goods arriving within a few days, in time for our grand opening. The wall docks themselves are very solidly constructed, good welds on good material and look nice on the wall in their gloss black finish. Even the provided fixing bolts were a nice quality and met with nods of approval from this end.

Bought free standing double sided wall docks. Good sturdy frame. I customized by adding some heavy duty tape for a bit of extra support at the level of the back wheel. On the whole a good budget solution for garage storage (although be aware any stand where bike is suspended from front wheel may not work with mudguards). Marked down one due to small issue with delivery which was quickly resolved.

So far it has nearly Been a month and no sign of my bike storage. I contacted them a week ago asking for an update and I was told it was in transit. After contacting today asking for an update or refund so I can go elsewhere I was ignored. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone, even if the storage arrived today. It's the whole service or lack of it that annoys me. Since the review bike dock solutions have been in contact explaining the misunderstanding and have out new measures in place to prevent this issue happening in the future. So far I am appreciative of their efforts to rectify the situation and the efforts they have taken to resolve the issue.

Bought the Traditional Sheffield Bike Stand. So far I'm pleased Really robust and easy to lock our two bicycles. The store was on my way back from work, so I just stopped, picked it up an brought it home. Really easy to install, all you need is a 8mm drill, a solid place to mount it and 8 Sleeve anchors. To be sure that no one will unmount it, I welded the nuts.

My business with the company involved me purchasing a Wall Dock to secure my bicycle upright against a wall, unfortunately the bicycle wheel did not fit the Wall Dock. A rare anomaly I am sure. I would like to say a massive Thankyou to all the team at BDS, we had placed a large order to house 80 Bikes and BDS managed turn the order around within three weeks of making payment, when I arrived to collect them from their head office/factory in London the service was first class, everything was loaded carefully and tied back and padded to ensure nothing would get damaged on the long drive back to Devon. The shelters have gone together amazingly easy and we managed to get eight shelters erected and in use within a couple of days. Honestly really happy with the product, service and customer care. Our customer who we bought the shelters for our really pleased with the finished product and are trying to encourage more and more employees to cycle work to take advantage of their fantastic new facility. Sadly not the best experience, the shed I ordered was booked in for delivery on a Friday. I heard nothing after the initial confirmation of the proposed delivery date. On the morning of the proposed delivery I called BDS to ask why I had not been sent tracking information, I was informed that the shed would not be delivered as promised as the vehicle they use was at the garage. I was unhappy, and advised them that they should have called me to inform me of this rather than me having to call them. After several days I managed to get another delivery date from them and after much pushing the shed was delivered but a week later than expected. The whole experience was not a good one and I feel that BDS should make more of an effort to talk to there customers, at no point did they call me back, it was all on me as the customer to call them and push fro my overdue delivery.

We chose Shelterstore after sourcing other sites as we found their designs to be the most innovative and later found their sales contact the most helpful and patient with our initial questions. Ours was a slightly complex job as we had to straddle the shelter between low brick walls and a wooden bench. It would have been helpful if Shelterstore had provided us with a drawing showing the shelter in its proposed location, which would have alleviated delays later on. Knowing Planning and Highways regulations would also have speeded up the process. We now have a fine bus shelter outside our Church, both in design and colour choice. The fitters were helpful, courteous and efficient.
