Simple and quick service to see your own designs on print. The quality had always been exceptional. I've actually had a number of people asking about my tote bag and masks that I designed myself. Only comment about the masks is that it needs to be in line with current medical advice of three layers. I never thought of myself as a designer, just wanted something uniquely mine, but Contrado offers that as an opportunity if you wanted to pursue.

I have bought the Free fabric a few times and it has always.been lovely fabric, but this last order 21/2/22 never turned up. I contacted via chat on their site and it was sorted out so I recieved my fabric today 23/2/22. The selection was not as good as it usually is, so I contacted Contrado and they were very good and offered me 2kg of totally free fabric and to pay the postage. So I am quite happy with this reputable company. I would order again with Contrado.

I can’t say enough good things about the Contrado product, people and customer service. I ordered a small amount of their custom wallpaper to see if it would work for my project. Unbelievably, I received it in just a few days and the product was far superior to anything I could’ve imagined: the printing was crisp and clear, it matched my current wallpaper perfectly. However, the wallpaper came in a Federal Express mailing tube and FedEx had broken it in half. This damage the wallpaper on the inside but I was able to use The undamaged portion, so I contacted Contrato for a partial refund, but mainly to alert them to how the shipper was treating their product, so they could avoid the problem in the future. They responded to my emails immediately and with reasonableness and concern, and we worked out a partial refund. The company was so impeccable from top to bottom that I want to buy more wallpaper just to work with them again. Also, the ability to make impeccable custom wallpaper open so many doors. Unfortunately my most recent experience with contrando has been beyond poor, I had used the services for my Fine Art Degree with brilliant results, previously I would recommend to everyone, but know I have experienced the dire customer service when things go wrong I will not use them or recommend them. The last order I processed wasn't complete, and what did arrive was damaged. I immediately contacted customer service via the online chat, outlined my areas of dissatisfaction. I waited 24 hours to be offered a 15% refund or a voucher with 20% to reorder the job, making me out of pocket. I expressed my customer service experience didn't meet my expectations, a full free reprint and the missing print sent to me was the least I would accept they agreed. Then radio silence. No response to my emails to confirm when I will receive them. I'm currently waiting to ship my work to a client in Dubai. You can't call anyone at contrando, the conversations I have via email with customer service are confusing and at times difficult to understand as though they are translated into English. I had plans to use the drop shipping system they offer but I can't guarantee that as a service they will meet my expectations. I am still awaiting a response

The only negative was the fact that I had to pay duty on the product which I wasn't expecting because there was no heads up on the site. Highly recommend Contrado. I've ordered custom masks from here twice, The first time was just as lockdown 1 was ending and even though they must have been inundated with orders they managed to produce good masks quickly; they have lasted really well and still look new. This week ive ordered few more masks so don't have to do mask wash as often and they seem to have updated design and the quality is outstanding. I have been ordering custom printed fabrics from Contrado for close to two years. Beautiful work, super fast shipping, great customer service. However this has recently changed. I have decided to change supplier after they sent me £90 worth of printed fabric completely unusable due to terribly poor printing quality. Upon raising this with them after a week of waiting for them to come up with a solution they offed me a 30% refund. As a small company who really cares about the products I send out to my customers I can't rely on Contrados services anymore and can't afford to order again to find the same print quality. I really hope they can sort the issues they are having out as they were brilliant up until now and wishing them the best for the future. Update: in the meantime the contrado guys got back to me and offered to reprint the fabrics. Good news all around!

I am not sponsored by Contrado to say anything. I am a US college student who very badly botched my timeline on a major project, and I ordered the from Contrado on a Friday when my project was due the following Wednesday. Contrado customer service agent, Pooja, was kind enough to deal with me freaking out on a Saturday morning, and worked with me to make sure the order was fast-tracked and shipped by Monday morning. I woke up at 7am on Monday to make sure that the order would ship that day, and indeed they did! Pooja spoke with me again, remembered my order, confirmed that she had done everything she promised to, and Pooja even sent me a follow up email to confirm that they had shipped the package! Contrado pushed their production time up for me by a full 2 days and I cannot thank them enough. It arrived Wednesday afternoon, and was able to finish my project on the deadline. I cannot believe that the masks actually came through that quickly, and the print was high enough quality to scan the QR code from the mask! I will definitely use Contrado in the future for any custom printing needs.

I contacted Contrado and they immediately made things right, dealing with FedEx and quickly reprinting the lost shipment. I want to praise how excellent the service has been and how the customer service is so outstanding and fast! I came across them because I wanted some custom facemasks for myself and clients (attached a few photos of a me wearing some of my own designs I did!). The service was that speedy and masks decent quality (tip - large is the best for adults) that I have ordered another batch of 4 and will keep using them for my art business! Shame there is no option to add a custom logo of your brand on the mask labels as the choice saying "White Label" is very misleading as it literally means a blank label so it should say that! A lot better than other custom fabric printing websites I have used in the past!

Product shipment late but Contrado couldn’t care less, blaming COVID and bad weather. Which is it? COVID is no longer a novelty. I ordered the same thing with a competitor using DHL last winter in December and it arrived on time with no issues. Now, I have to switch plans for my project as this option is no longer feasible. Contrado should not use the .ca domain to attract international customers when they cannot commit delivering on time. Contrado has since refunded the shipping portion of the sale, which is a nice gesture. However, I was not able to gauge when my shipment would arrive, so I had to switch plans and did not end up using my order. I am also not very satisfied with the print on the fabric, but I am less concerned about that as it was after all a test print. I can only say Contrado was quick to respond to my outrage review and did what they could to remedy. It's just a bit risky for me to order from overseas however, so I will have to keep searching for the right vendor for me.

I have bought a couple of big framed photo prints right before Christmas and my order was ready on time. The quality of prints is just outstanding, my wife loved it so much. I did use in a past another printing company but their Internet shop was not easy to use and I could not customise my product as needed. I have been reordering products from this print on demand company, the price is on the higher side but never have any disappointment as the fabric quality is excellent , the print is sharp, vibrant and true to colors from original artwork, response attentively plus fast lead time. Compare to the few companies that I have ordered before, this is one of the best. I hope they will develop more forms for women and items for kids to print on in the future.

Manager/higher authority reached out to me and she even made the team go out of the way to solve a problem that wasn't their fault, involving integration. There's a reason their app isn't publicly available on the shopify store. Their customer service is sarcastic as well. I was asked to confirm the order of dropshipping via email and the link they sent me was to my own basket, had nothing to do with my customers order. I ordered a cushion cover with a writing design (a Christmas card from a family member who had recently passed away) The first order did not come out as expected because of the the velvet pile of the cushion material and the montage I had chose reduced the size of the design even more so the writing could not be seen very well. However the issue was explained to me immediately and a replacement was done straight away. Edit: Contrado took care of the problem immediately. Even if it could not be solved completely, we were satisfied with the customer support and also in dealing with us as customers. We are confident that the agreements that have now been made will be kept. _______ Absolutely dissatisfied! First of all, the agreed production time is never met. Then we pay an extra charge for express shipping next day and now I find out that it will take a few more days for our goods to arrive. Disappointing from start to finish.
