I’ve had a mattress delivered by Gary, who came by himself as his colleague had to help somewhere else in the business due to Covid absense. This is a pretty heavy job for one person (I did offer to help though) but Gary was simply amazing and I really do appreciate the delivery not having been delayed, as I did have urgency. Great service!!

I’ve had Gary assemble bedroom furniture before (6 drwr chest and 2 bedside cabinets) and I was really happy with his work, therefore requested a second visit to mount my TV bracket on the wall and assemble a complicated basketball stand for my son which he did with his colleague Lana. I was really impressed with their professionalism and even went out of their way to make sure my chest of drawers was standing even on my floor as it was tilting. Both did a great job and very friendly and helpful manner. I will definitely recommend them and request a call back for future jobs.

I've used EM FlatPack on two occasions to assemble new furniture, including a double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a standing desk. The items were all assembled to the highest quality by experienced fitters; I never felt that the work was being rushed. Great communication throughout!

Kevin went above and beyond to ensure I had someone here the next day to build my 3 IKEA wardrobes. I had been left without an assembler after a different company had cancelled last minute. He managed to get Gary to come to my house despite Gary having booked the morning off. Professional, courteous, worked efficiently, did not waste any time and friendly….Gary did an awesome job and I would be very happy to use him again to build the high sleeper beds when they arrive.

Gary, where do I start with this gentleman, first off he arrived early & on time within the time frame I was expecting him. I was met with such productive positivity that I knew from the moment I was greeted by him I knew the issue of my son’s broken bed would be repaired to an acceptable standard that I’d be happy with. I felt at ease and confident that this gentleman knew what he was doing. It’s also the first time I’ve felt at ease allowing my son go into him room knowing that it is safe for him which is amazing that I don’t have that worry hanging over me anymore. Would I recommend? Yes 100% most definitely. Without a doubt. Because I had a problem and Gary never left until it was fixed, stable and secure.

Gary came from Kevin Flatpack to assemble my bed. He was very friendly with a great customer service and he even helped me with a phone call to Dreams to let them know that one of the bed pieces hadn't been correctly made - he helped me organise a time for Dreams to deliver a new one. Before Gary came I hadn't listened to the rules on having the furniture ready in the room of choice as it was too heavy for me so Gary asked for a small fee to move it all there which was fair (I was just happy I didn't have to move it myself !).

Gary did a great job of building my wardrobe. He took care to ask me where I wanted it positioned and how it would fit in with the position of my other furniture. He adjusted the wardrobe hinges and doors ensuring everything lined up and functioned smoothly. He was friendly and completed the job professionally, advising me of the 12 month build guarantee which I wasn’t aware of. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again and Gary is a credit to the company!

Gary was very helpful. He attended on time, dismantled my wardrobe, bed frame and removed my wall mounted T.V at no extra cost. Initially, I was a little hesitant to pay for this service upfront however, all worked out fine at the end. I would definitely use this service again!

Alan was great. When he arrived, he assessed the room and the bunk bed that we wanted assembled. Disassembly of the kids existing beds was done in a blink of an eye. He then got the boxes for the new bed upstairs and built it himself! After it was all done, he found a couple of defects that he took pictures of and said that he would contact the manufacturer directly to rectify. He also cleaned up afterwards and helped bring the boxes down. Overall, I'm very happy with the service I received from EMflatpack and Alan.

Great service from EM Flatpack! Can definitely recommend them! Due to the great reviews I had read about Gary and Lana I requested them for our job and Kevin made it happen! They dismantled our double wooden bedstead and packaged it for storage and they did a great job. They even offered to carry it to our garage before we had asked them if they could. They were very pleasant to chat to (even though we were all at a distance and wearing masks). They also came recommended by the company we bought our bed from.

We had ordered a double TV bed from Benson 4 Beds back in May 2021 We also ordered the assembly process that was offered up by Benson 4 Beds which at the time we didn’t know was outsourced to a different company which was called EM Flatpack We was contacted by Kevin @ EM Flatpack a week before delivery and was offered up a date and time slot which was on the same day as our delivery We queried this with Kevin who offered up an evening slot of 6pm to 8pm to assemble the TV bed given that our delivery from Bensons was between 12pm to 6pm Throughout the lead up to delivery of our furniture , Kevin communicated throughout via what’s app & Email which was very reassuring Paul & Lana from EM Flatpack arrived at our property to assemble the TV bed which was purchased for our 11 year old son Both Paul & Lana were very friendly & asked us various questions regarding where in the bedroom did we want the bed to be located and were very helpful in giving us some useful tips about the bed as they had assembled this particular bed on various occasions My wife & I were very impressed with how quickly they put the bed together and how well they worked together as a team Paul & Lana at the end of the process showed my wife & I how the bed worked and what to do & not to do to ensure my son uses the TV function of the bed correctly which we very much appreciated What we also appreciated was that we was unaware of the vast range of services EM Flatpack offer up to customers which was useful to know for the future 👍 On the whole we was very pleased and satisfied with the whole process offered up by EM Flatpack and will not have any hesitation on recommending them to other people we know as well as looking to contact them in the future Thank You Kevin , Paul & Lana for the service you provided and making our 11 year old son a very happy boy who is loving his new TV bed having just had his first sleep in it last night 👍 Regards Stuart Tanner Sidcup , Kent
