Very impressed with West London Carpentry from start to finish. There aren't enough words to describe the impeccable service of the whole West London Carpentry team. Tim was responsive and so personal with us from my first email and design ideas phase, quite literally overseeing every aspect of our work till the final minute. Jose, who was the magician who did the work in our flat is a dream - so well mannered, kind, incredibly hard working, tidy and very talented! Tim and his team (Jose and Zoltan) were exceptional from beginning to end. I contacted Tim for a single floor to ceiling wardrobe and he quickly provided drawings and arranged for the carpenter (Hose) to come round. Our flat had tricky angles and lop sided walls and Hose came up with loads of great solutions to make it straight and fit all the storage we needed in. Zoltan is an equally skilled painter and our wardrobe looks like heaven after he painted. Everyone was thorough + quick and we were consulted at every stage with excellent communication. Everyone was kind and respectful to the house. So pleased with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you!

I cannot recommend West London Carpentry enough. From start to finish they have been a dream to work with. Tim and Lazslo did a great job interpreting our design – which was quite complex given the awkward area, however we are delighted with the results. The carpenter and decorator were lovely – extremely polite and professional and have done a fantastic job. I cannot recommend WLC enough – I have been showing off our new study / storage area to everyone who visits and our friends and family are all amazed with the results. Great value for money too. We will be using WLC again for future carpentry projects.

This is the second time we got West London Carpentry to help us. The first time it was an alcove unit; this time, a cupboard and hallway wardrobe. They are a pleasure to work with: they are responsive and patient, updating the designs until we're satisfied. Then, when it comes to installing the units, they are so careful! They protect every surface: not just from paint, but also from scratches. They keep a positive "can do" attitude and aren't worried about last minute changes. There's no doubt we will contact them again in the future!

Amazing work to the rescue! We contacted West London Carpentry after we’d had a disappointing experience with another decorator who had ruined all of our built in custom MDF bedroom furniture. The quote we got from West London Carpentry was very competitive considering they also had to undo all of the previous decorator’s poor attempts. I had a detailed conversation with Tim about what we wanted and what the previous guy had done and I felt so reassured by Tim that they could fix it and give us what we wanted - and we weren’t disappointed. We had a look at their Instagram of previous work and we knew WLC knew exactly what they were doing. Kris did a fantastic job repairing and redecorating all the woodwork. Even just half way through it was a vast improvement on what had been done previously. It was so professional that not once did we have any issues during the work and when it was finished we were absolutely delighted with his work. Kris worked so hard, and even repainted the skirting and door frame for us as a freebie. We were in contact with Tim throughout and he was super helpful and went out of his way to assist us. We can’t thank Kris and Tim enough for the fantastic job they did. Our only regret is that we didn’t find them first! We will definitely use WLC again in future and would 100% recommend to anyone.

Great wall unit made by Tim and team 4 years ago. This time required a Decorator to tidy up flat and Zoltan did an excellent job. He was very tidy, punctual and professional from start to finish. This Joinery was tbe best in terms of keeping time and dates/ communication / fixing things that cuased from my miscommunication / high professionalism/ paying attension to the smallest details/ craftmanship. Very pleased with my built-in bookcase. Most of the work was done off site which meant minimum disruption to me. Put together very quickly and was decorated to match my recently painted room. Slight colour change next to the join between the bookcase and wall but nothing a little paint won’t sort out. Lovely professional carpenter and painter. Would recommend.

Tim and his team did an excellent job in designing and building our basement cupboards. At the initial consultation, Tim was very approachable and was happy to discuss design ideas as we weren’t sure what we exactly wanted. His team fitted the cupboards every so quickly but done to the highest of standards. We also asked them to do a few other carpenter-related jobs around the house and those were done very well too. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They couldn’t have been more efficient and thorough in their work and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Tim, Laszlo, Zoltan and Jose were a great team who helped us design and build two beautiful alcove wardrobes, an alcove drawer set and under stairs pull out drawers. Very efficient communication from start to finish, prompt delivery of work (completed ahead of schedule – advised 2 weeks but completed in 7 days), accommodative, high level of attention to detail, very tidy, trustworthy, considerate and hard working. The drawers were an awkward build but they were clever in designing a solution and wardrobes look very smart. Price quoted was not the most competitive but given Tim’s prompt response and manner we decided to go with WLC. Onsite, I found Jose (carpenter) to be very passionate about the job and highly skilled, and Zoltan (decorator) to be very knowledgeable about the trade and both did a fantastic job overall. I would certainly recommend WLC for their expertise, level of professionalism and high quality work.

Tim and his team were great to work with - from our first onsite visit to the design process and finished work. They worked on 5 separate carpentry projects in the - a large TV bookcase, added shelves to existing wardrobes, built in bookshelves, and added a hidden door to gain access to space under the stairs. I'm very pleased with the work these guys have recently completed in my hallway - a shoe and cloaks cupboard with bench and a bespoke storage cupboard. They interpreted my (very rough) outline drawings perfectly and the end result is just as I'd hoped. Communication was good and the work ethos of the whole team has been second to none.
