Five star service from Kris and the team. We had our windows and front door replaced within one month of obtaining the quote. The job was completed in 3 days and finished to perfection. The fitters were nice and considerate professional people. Very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend the company. Also well priced!

This was the first time we'd bought windows (and a door) and initially went to two of the national companies for quotes. After a lot of fluff, stress and lengthy sales visits we decided to get a quote from K&M Installs. An absolute breath of fresh air; Kris was quick to get back to us, quick to arrange a consultation visit and measure up, honest with his recommendations and was really good with communication. The price was great and we weren't badgered after the quote. Kris also discussed the style options and showed me the booklet to help me choose. Unlike the big companies, K&M didn't insist that we were both there for the initial consultation, and I (a female) felt very safe with both Kris and the fitters - they also didn’t talk down to me like the other two companies had. These other national businesses claimed their windows were “top quality” and that we wouldn’t get that at a smaller company, which is untrue. K&M Installs uses Eurocell - a massive company producing sound quality windows that are FENSA accredited, so don’t fall for this if you get a consultation with one of the bigger companies. The fitting team turned up on time on the agreed date and were friendly, polite and efficient throughout both fitting days. Really impressed that they cleaned up after themselves too - professionals who had respect for our home! As this was our first windows purchase we were incredibly apprehensive about going forward with the purchase and checked lots of little details, which Kris was happy to reassure us about - both before, during and after the fitting. Honest service with excellent quality windows and door, very happy :)

The best. We used K&M for new windows throughout our house and from start to finish they were thoroughly professional. Kris helped us to decide what type of windows would be best to suit our needs, before providing a very reasonable quote the very next day. All communication was done by email which is so much easier in this day and age. No hard sell, no 'limited time offers', no pestering phone calls, just honest business! During the initial survey, Kris also repaired our dodgy front door, free of charge! I was so grateful. The window fitters arrived at 8am on both of the fittings days. K&M we’re recommended to me by a friend. They fitted two patio doors and a back door and replaced three blown units in our windows. All their staff turned up when they said they would which is a huge positive for me, many firms don’t. The initial quote was performed and was very competitive, we were advised of the different glass and different doors we could have but there was no pressure to go for the more expensive options. The work was completed in a day, the guys were friendly answered all our questions and left our house clean and tidy, another big bonus, as we’ve had other work done where the place was left a mess. Only asked for 25% deposit up front, nothing else payable until the work was completed. 10 year guarantee backed by FENSA. Excellent service.

This company does exactly what they say they will do! After an initial phone call last week, Kris called round the same afternoon to measure up. I had 3 windows fitted as the seals had deteriorated, one of which was toughened glass and was promised that they would try their best to fit the following Wednesday to fit in with my plans. Both workers turned up before the promised time and all 3 windows were fitted within 2 hours. All 3 windows look as good as new, with no cleaning up left for me to do.
