I interacted with Colin for repairs on my Flavour Blaster and his approach and response time was nothing short of amazing. From his email response. to my queries all answers within a couple of hours and as the MD he truly leads by example. It took only 5 days from day of complaint till the case was closed and resolved with solutions and shipping across my new flavour blaster. I WAS BLOW AWAY....and never in my 25 years in hospitality have I seen this level of service and efficiency with any vendors in the commercial space like I have seen with Colin and Jetchil (Flavour Blaster).
