Then, the next step is Mike conducting a survey and setting out options that you can consider regarding the work you wish carried out and talking you through the cost involved. He will stress the companies ethos which is to ensure that they deliver great customer satisfaction as that is seen as the key to building success. I have to say from my experience, that is something that they achieve in practice.
On the day of the installation, the team of Carl and Dan arrived and carried out the work. They were both friendly, courteous and professional and talked us through the practical aspects of the installation and when we asked questions were more than happy to be flexible in how they work to accommodate our wishes.
We are very happy with the work and would certainly recommend them if you are thinking about how to create space and access to your loft area they will provide you with a great service and high standard of installation.

The surveying (sorry I can’t remember the guys name) was fab. Finally Dan and Carl installing the boarding . Particularly well down to Dan who carried out his first hatch replacement to a high standard. The work was carried out timely and to a professional standard. it even involved coming around on a Sunday to fix a problem that turned out was caused by them .
the system itself looks and feels great, they even put some additional timber in to make climbing over our trusses eaiser.

S.Loft ins space replied really quickly to our initial enquiry (within minutes of online enquiry we had a phone call), gave quotes for 2 different options, kept us fully informed of timings and prices. On the day, the team turned up on time, worked hard throughout and tidied up after themselves, making sure we knew what they had done and how to access the loft afterwards. A couple of bits of work couldn't be completed as per original quote but as soon as this was raised (out of hours), Stefan acknowledged and amended the price of the job.
