Ross and Jack built our home ground floor timber frame extension measuring 10m x 8m. They were excellent from start to finish, communication and advice were given throughout and they are returning in October to fit the kitchen. We would recommend them without any reservation.

Ross and his apprentice replaced all the rotten wood in our pergola and carport, refitting whatever extras (like gutters and electric cable ducting) as required. A very craftsmanlike and professional job. Despite a few problems (extra rot!) found during the process, they still charged the same labour fee as quoted, just charging for the unexpected wood. Perfect, many thanks. Would definitely recommend - if you can get a booking, we had to wait for months but for us that was not a problem. They are popular and for a very good reason, they're good and worth waiting for!

Ross has completed a number of jobs dor us including building a pocket door, a new roof and fitting velux windows. All tricky jobs and done really thoughtfully and to an extremely high standard. He’s really on your side and gives loads of advice and options so you can have input. No hesitation in recommending him.

Ross came highly recommended and he exceeded every expectation. He decked my garden to an impressively high standard, he quoted and installed it all quickly and the whole process was as smooth and reasonable as anything. Everyone is so impressed with the makeover my garden has had, and my neighbours have even expressed their envy! Ross explains all the different options really well and is extremely conscientious, works at the standard of a perfectionist and has such a sunny disposition, I will definitely have him back for more excellent carpentry work! Ross has completed two projects for us. A built in bedroom wardrobe and a lobby project consisting of Ikea sliding doors with bespoke base and carcass unit, shelving and stud wall, creating a huge walk-in storage area. Ross is a very skillful carpenter, he is friendly, gives good advice and a great probelm solver. The Little Island Carpentry Company recently did a lot of work for us in our new flat, taking down old and putting up new stud walls, laying new flooring, building a bespoke room divider, fitting a complete new kitchen, fitting new doors and much more. I had several quite serious leaks in my (25yr old) conservatory roof...☔ I spoke with Ross, he checked it out, decided on the best 1st step to attempt to solve the problems. Arranged a date to do a more detailed assessment & quote for the job. Quote & date agreed. He arrived as arranged. Both he & his assistant got on with the task efficiently & competently. With the job completed, we just had to await the weather test... 3mths on, having been thru rain, winds & some pretty hefty storms... 🌬️🌧️🌀🌪️🌨️ A dry, leak-free conservatory! 👍 Both Ross & his assistant/co-worker, were: clean&tidy; polite; considerate; friendly; professional; conscientious.
